Great view, room and dinner

If you wants to have a relax vibe and good view from the room, this hotel is a good pick. But for the quality of the service or amenity, it may be around 3-4 stars. It is a small hotel but with big room and good view, buy you defined need a car to get there. We will come back again if there is a good deal.

I returned to this hotel having visited last year – at that time my review said ‘I think I have never stayed at a hotel that has delivered so well on my expectations’. However, although the location is still perfect, the swimming pool an oasis of calm, the staff super attentive and the rooms elegant and clean, some aspects have changed for the worse, since I was last here. Firstly the breakfast which, last year was a cordon bleu triumph is now a rather uninspiring buffet arrangement – where previously there were cooked breakfast items freshly made to order including eggs Bennedict, omelettes, bacon and sausages with smoked salmon and a huge choice of fresh fruit, cold meats and cheese. Secondly, families (with young children) from nearby ‘exclusive’ villas are now invited to share the breakfast service – from time to time shattering the calm and negating the ‘Adults Only’ claim – on TA and other booking sites. Word on the street is that this unique hotel will shortly be replaced by a Marriott – which, in itself, is a pity – however it would have been good if the previous standards could have been maintained until that time. This hotel is still lovely and the staff amazing but – to those of us lucky to have visited before – it’s just not the same Palmares Beach House hotel.

We loved our four day stay here. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are large with comfortable beds and balconies that follow the sun. There are wonderful vistas from the bedroom, from the breakfast/dining room and from the terrace by the bar. Breakfast had lots of options.

Beautiful small (20 bed) hotel, extremely peaceful setting. All rooms have sea views. Large room with massive bed, sofa area. Large terrace with sun loungers. Room spotlessly clean and very modern. Pleasant staff. Buffet breakfast. Uber into Lagos Town for some lovely restaurants and bars. If you're into golf, it's right on golf course. Recommend cocktails at the uber modern golf clubhouse, great views too. I haven't tried the outdoor salt water swimming pool, but it looks nice.

I recently stayed at this delightful and impeccably clean hotel. The rooms were well-maintained, the staff was courteous, and the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent resort. The only issue was the walks which were paper thin and could hear everything from next door guests. Otherwise great service and staff.

We were greeted so nicely. Big room, with sofa and large bathroom. Ultra sleek and cool design. Big patio for relaxation. We just keep looking out the sliding glass doors to the ocean. The breakfast was scrumptious and plentiful. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous hotel in the middle of a golf course. Quiet and serene. Will come back again.
