"This accommodation was intriguing both for its history and its location on Australia's oldest golf course! Our cottage, originally the bakery of the cluster of 1822 colonial farm buildings, was beautifully refurbished into a comfortable 2 bedroom unit. It had everything we needed, although the kitchenette area was cramped with little space to make hot drinks or prepare food. Meals are available on site - advance booking required. The surroundings were tranquil, so if peace and quiet (or golf!) is your desire, this is the place to be! We enjoyed the birdlife. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming."

"Facilities were great for a cosy quiet weekend away. Host was friendly and made sure we were comfortable in this quirky historic property. Warm comfortable beds and good value for money. Just one bathroom, but we made it work. Extensive history of rural life in the 1880's revealed by the out-buildings."
