A great stay! We had to book this location a day before we made it out there so I was nervous about what we were getting into but it was perfect! I must mention that we did not have AC in the unit we stayed in and coming from the south, that was very unusual. Little did we know, you didn’t even need AC! The ceiling fans were enough and kept us COLD as we slept! The host was responsive and very helpful!

Convenient Emeryville apartment A spacious, light, comfortable and quiet apartment, ground floor in a 2-story back yard unit. Just a few doors off San Pablo Ave and close to amenities including a good coffee shop. Check in info was last-minute but host Terry was responsive to small glitch on arrival.

Cute and cozy When we first got to property I wasn’t too sure if we were in the right place. We arrived late at night and it took some time to find the side path to the studio, but once we found it and went in it was just as the pictures show, so cute and cozy and the owner let us an apple pie which was an amazing surprise. I was there to pick up my daughter from her first year at CAL and it was close to her dorm. I will definitely be staying there again when we move her back I the fall.
