"This is at a convenient location for our visits to Minnesota from out of state so we have stayed at this location for about 4 years in a row. The front desk employees have been courteous. Flo manages the breakfast eating area with energy and friendliness. The rooms are clean and up to date. Our room had been touched up with some paint. The carpet looks good in the rooms however the carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced. The grounds are in good shape. There is a nice walking track and pond behind the hotel, owned by others, that is great to use. A BBQ restaurant next door is convenient to walk to and it serves delicious ribs."

"The room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke. Bathroom sink had cigarette burns in it. Bed was suppose to be a queen but was a full size. Bathroom sink stopper wouldn’t open to drain. Toilet seat was barely attached. Bath towel had a decent sized hole in it. No hand towels. I arrived after 10pm so I had to use a phone in the foyer that disconnected me twice before getting to a real person to come down from the second floor to let me into the lobby and check me in.   I have stayed at other Extended Stay Americas but I will not come back to this one."

슬립 인 오팰런 - I-64 근처 ★★

"When I checked in they charged me even though the room was paid for already. They need to clean the whole hotel because it was dirty!  I called the night before I checked out to ask for a late check out and I was told to call back in the morning. When I called the next morning I was told I could not have a late check out because house keeping was already on the floor. P.S. they have signs in the breakfast area stating that you can not take food back to the room."

퀄리티 인 오팔론 일리노이 - 세인트루이스 ★★

"We showed up at 4pm nn hour after there 3pm check-in started and had to wait over half an hour for them to get a room ready. They had not checked the previous customers out of their room, when they left, which seems sketchy as there is a late checkout fee. The bedding was covered in yellow stains and we had to get new bedding. I never filled out their review, but got an email notice while waiting for our room thanking me for my 5 star review."

"The elevator was broken, the hotel smelled musty, and there were stained marks on the sofa. Definitely don't stay here."
