라 페름 샤프통(La Ferme Chapouton)

A beautifully decorated and relaxed hotel with a fabulous bistro. The staff were attentive but not intrusive. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated with a stunning view of the town and chateau. The service was amazing and I felt utterly pampered. Breakfast was an utter delight. We enjoyed time at the pool and it was never crowded. Most of the time we had it almost to ourselves and my before breakfast swim was always solitary. The gardens are beautiful. Grignan is a short stroll away and there are lovely bars, shops and eateries, as well as the stunning chateau. I would highly recommend for a relaxing break.

Beautiful hotel with outdoor seating. View of castle. Lots of parking. And GREAT classic French cuisine served by a friendly and efficient staff. My veal with black truffle sauce was one of the best dishes I have ever encountered. Make sure you save room for their in-house patisserie creations. Works of art in appearance, but awesome in taste. Took a picture of their vegetable garden beside the hotel. Explains why all the veggies tasted so fresh.

We just left this hotel and it was one of the highlights of our three weeks in France. The staff was excellent and eager to please. The food at the hotel was excellent and at the sister gastronomic restaurant in the town …we’ll, it was off the charts fun, creative and wonderful. The hotel is a short stroll from the village and the village of Grignan is lovely. We were lucky to be there for the national championship of one pétanque organization…the national sport of France and for a market day. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is excellent and the grounds are beautiful.

We had really a top dinner, great choice of ingredients, great harmony. We sitted facing the citadel, nice wine and nice dinner. If I knew how nicely it is situated we'd have booked there to stay as well. I do recommend.

We were absolutely thrilled with this place. The property is gorgeous as is the food. The staff are excellent and they take great care to make everything just perfect. I will definitely return to soak up more of this fabulous hospitality.

Wonderful setting - the view from the room/Bistro was amazing. Manicured garden. Tried the Bistro and were impressed. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the gastronomic restaurant, so will have to return! :) Pleasant short walk to the picturesque old town of Grignan.

Un beau cadre Un bon accueil Mais repas dans le cadre d un bon très décevant a part une très bonne entrée Plat blanc de poulet ou échine de porc Dessert sans saveur Menage dans chambre très mal fait cheveux et poubelles par vidés On nous trouve une autre solution mais chambre de nouveau pas propre!!! On finit pas nous trouver une suite dans une autre partie de l hôtel Pas d excuses le matin avant de partir, de la part de la direction Sauf de la personne de l accueil au top

Anniversaire, grosse erreur, cadre magnifique mais... Personnel dépassé Plat du jour... que l'on nomme suggestion du chef, en-dessous de tout... métro à peine décongelé Mauvaise expérience, seule la note est à la hauteur du cadre A éviter
