Great atmosphere and plenty of fun activities to keep entertained. Great place for kids, we brought our 17,15, and 8 year old there and everyone had fun. With the beach, pools, to the adult night club it's fun for all ages. Only negative is the restaurants fill up fast so its hard to get in, and the normal buffet isn't the best food.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very pleasant and eager to please. Food was very good.

The property could use a bit of an upgrade - bathrooms and fixtures, and better bedding. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The drinks water down the all inclusive is upgrade for steak upgrade for VIP. If they want to be all inclusive resort this is not the place 14-year-old hotel beds are terrible. This hotel is not worth the money. I’ve stayed at better hotels with fantastic service and great meals again the drinks are water down.

Please listen to some of the previous reviews and DO NOT spend your precious vacation time here when there are so many other choices. The worst quality food I have ever experienced at a resort of any kind. Our family vacations at all inclusive in Mexico about twice per year. Tried this place out for two nights and the food is just inedible. The quality is terrible at the buffet. Maybe worse than a chain restaurant like Applebee's in US. The restaurants were not much better. The upgraded suite rooms were similar to a 3 star motel. The service was not terrible but definitely not on par with what you would expect for the price point. Resort tries to nickel and dime you, extra charge for room service, they don't allow uber to come to the front of the hotel so you either have to walk your luggage about 1/4 mile to the outside gate or use their airport service. One huge red flag, there is no guacamole anywhere at any buffet or restaurant. How is this possible?? Never again. We took it as a lesson, thank goodness we only booked for two nights to try it out. We were at another resort for the rest of our trip.

As soon as we arrived to the resort , staff members in the main lobby were aggressive and annoying about getting us to buy timeshares as well as other activities . We tried to explain to them we wanted to check into our room first before doing anything , and they were relentless about us going to a 90 min. presentation for timeshares. In return for going to this presentation they offered us free activities and discounts on other activities. We finally agreed to going , as they promised us a free breakfast but once we arrived to the presentation they bombarded us with paperwork, asking us personal questions, credit card info, how long we’ve been together for, etc. To top it off, they didn’t provide breakfast . We decided it was a waste of time and energy , so we told them we were leaving. The staff members were rude, mocked my gf for not speaking Spanish , and were visually upset about us leaving. A few days later we ran into those same staff members and they tried to interrogate as to why we didn’t stay for the presentation in a intimidating manner. Aside from the unprofessional staff members, the resort itself was beautiful and the food was ok.

Low key with direct beach access. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Karen from concierge was the best!! Food was good, room was great, kids were happy.

They try to sell you a membership and tried “upgrading” our room to a 1 bed suite (there were 5 of us). We spent 2 hours trying to check in and finally got a room - the rest was fantastic!

We stayed for 7 days. When we arrived, the desk staff handed us off to the time share people. We travleled for 12 hours and were exhausted, so werm were firm with telling them we are ready to get to our room.The alacarte restaurants were good, but the buffet was terrible. There is nowhere to get a soda, water or coffee before 11am except the over- crowded buffet. The dishes were dirty and I watched staff fill dirty cups and serve them to customers. The pool drinks were awful and you had to wait an ungodly amount of time to be served. Don't get me wrong, every single person worked hard, but they let the same group of people set up camp at the bar and take shot after shot, so you have to get out of the pool to get a drink and wait 20-30 minutes. If you dont look like you are from around the area, you will be treated differently. We were even given different bands for reserving through ******* and that marked us in some way. We found that out when departing. Our housekeeper was excellent. You must call and have your fridge restocked and the people on the other side of the room service # can not understand English speakers, so getting what you ordered was very challenging. Marival limits you to 3 ala carte dinners per 7 day stay. Nowhere on the website do they tell you this. The buffet was gross. We ended up going off property to eat decently, which defeats the purpose of an all-inclusive. I suggest spending a little more and staying somewhere else.
