"호텔은 최소한의 세부 사항, 매우 좋은 아침 식사 및 저녁 식사로 잘 제공되지만 어린이는 다시 지불됩니다. 스파는 매우 아름답고 외부 수영장은 산책로에서 하루를 보낸 후 훌륭합니다. 시설에서 이용할 수 있는 배는 산책로를 걸어야 하는 사람들에게 편안합니다! 구조를 관리하는 가족은 항상 존재하고 세심하며 손님에게 사용할 수 있습니다!"

"We had a lovely time in this hotel last January and decided to book another week in March 2026. Unfortunately the experience was not as good. Nina seems to be in a rush all the time and has very little time/attention for her guests (giving out incorrect walking information on several occasions). The evening meals were good but twice we had some fried food (chicken and cordon bleu), but overall fine. When I booked the hotel, we were told that the hotel bus would pick up / drop us off at Bolzano train station. However, on the day of our departure Nina told us that the bus always takes the guests at 8.45am to the station (we had asked for 9.15am to catch the 10 o'clock train) but that we could also take the bus adding that it is a 5 min walk from the bus station to the train station (we only had 10 minutes between arrival of bus and departure of train and did not feel comfortable that this would be enough time to walk with 2 heavy suit cases from the bus station to the train station). In the end her mother took us at 8.45 to the train station explaining that the family had to go to church at 10.00 because of a special event with the children. It is a pity that Nina did not explain this, we would have understood. Now we left with a very bad feeling after what has been a lovely week in the Rosengarten Latemar region."

"What an absolute GEM of a property! This cosy 4.5 star hotel nestled in the Dolomites was the best find in our Italian trip. It has such a great vibe with all staff going above and beyond to assist in any way possible. Our room was excellent - large, clean and comfortable with gorgeous views to the Mountains. The hotel is ''Alpine" styled which works in so well with the environment. They have complimentary drinks & nibbles on a Monday and also offer a highly experienced guide to take guests for hikes in the local mountain area. There is a great terrace overlooking the district and inside you can choose from many quiet nooks to read or enjoy a drink. The breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. Al a carte dinner menu was limited but delicious and had something for everyone to choose from. Set menus are also available which we did not try but looked fabulous. In terms of getting to the hotel, we had a car so it was easy to locate with plenty of parking. Unsure what the transport options would be for non-driving guests. Only regret is that we didn't book to stay longer. There are Spa and wellness options too which would have been good to take advantage of. We will definitely come here again - Summer or Winter this hotel ticks all the boxes."

"Our stay at Wellness & Vital Hotel Erica was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the service and staff were exceptional. Our rooms were tucked at the back of the resort in a peaceful, scenic setting that was wonderfully quiet at night. Everything was spotless and had the cozy charm of an Alpine villa, combined with all the modern comforts. Petra and the front desk team (Felix and Kathrin), Peter at the bar, and Simon in the dining room all went above and beyond to help our little group plan day trips and explore the region. The spa was absolutely spectacular. We loved moving between the different areas, from the refreshing ice room to the warm sun lamp room to the calm, tranquil spaces made for pure relaxation. Our treatments at the Wellness Spa were also outstanding, especially the care and expertise from JoHannah. Be sure to sign up for the inclusive package and take advantage of the breakfast and dinner, the menu is spectacular and tailored to every palate imaginable. The hotel’s location in the Dolomites is perfect for outdoor adventures year-round, whether you’re hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, or enjoying everything in between. I’m already looking forward to returning, hopefully with another small group in tow. Until then – vielen Dank und bis später!"
