위치는 훌륭하지만 이 호텔은 Covid 표준의 희생자가 되었습니다. 기본적으로 그들은 거의 또는 전혀 서비스를 제공하지 않으며, 청소도, 룸 서비스도 제공하지 않으며, 20-30%의 객실 가격 인상으로 커피가 충분히 채워진 방조차 얻을 수 없습니다. 또한 셔틀을 주차하는 현장 주차에 대해 하루에 $13를 지불해야 하므로 주차장 주차 공간이 훨씬 적습니다. 처음에는 로비에서 물과 차를 찾는 것이 좋다고 생각했지만 곧 차가 변하지 않고 오래되고 신맛이 나는 것을 발견했습니다. 또한 레스토랑에서 제공되는 아침 식사는 터무니없이 비쌉니다.

Location is awesome, the waterfront view is beautiful! Lots of food options available within walking distance. Only downside was that the housekeepers busted in my room at 10am without knocking or saying who they were an hour before checkout. Very jarring, I understand misunderstandings happen, but that was very unprofessional way to go about it.

When we got to our room, it was clean with a great location. Yet, our room was barely stocked. We had three people in our room and was given only 2 bath towels, one hand towel and one washcloth. The Kleenex was almost out. The conditioner in the shower was out. There was only one coffee for the in room coffee machine. Then the side mirror in the bathroom was hanging off the wall. I was afraid to touch it for fear of it falling right off. We spent our first day making phone calls and talking with the front desk to get the very basics, and they still only gave us enough towels for 2 people. For as much as we paid for our room, I expected a fully stocked and functional room at the very least. Even though the location is awesome, I would not stay there again.

My only negative is parking, you’re somewhat forced to valet because self parking is a bit far especially if you have a lot of stuff. Otherwise excellent stay.

Great location. The $35 /day for valet parking is a joke. Took over 35 min. To get car to find out no one was working valet. Another staff had to go find our car. Frt. Desk when ckg in said they didn’t have free breakfast when I had proof I paid for free breakfast. Paid for harbor view but received a parking lot brow. Once again , paid more for harbor. Ask for daily cleaning service.. received once in 4 days. The only reason your staff rating wasn’t a 1 is because of the Resturant staff. Angel and her boss were fantastic!

It was a scenic route military boats behind the hotel 🏨 beautiful inside 5 star restaurant and staff was pretty friendly

Our stay was great! Close proximity to the event that we were attending, dining, surrounding walkable areas etc. The staff was great and the harbor view from the room was remarkable! Thank you so much we will be back again.

Nice hotel but the restaurant is not the best. Staff was friendly. Parking is $35 per night. If I knew that I would have stayed somewhere else in town. Charged twice for incidentals, never did receive a strait anwser why. Hopefully it will be refunded.

The hotel was nice and the staff was great. I didn’t know about the $35/day parking until I arrived. Other than that it was great!

It was a great room. Plenty of space and clean. Just there one night so it was fine!

The key card system was down the entirety of our stay, we had to be escorted to our rooms anytime we left and came back. We had 4 rooms booked for work travel. We complained to the front desk that there should be some resolution, room comps, free parking something. We were given a $10.00 voucher for the restaurant. Charged full price for our rooms and parking. A real disappointment that there was not more of an effort on the hotel to make it right. Needless to say we will not be booking a stay at the Sheraton again.

They overcharged my Visa card. I have reached out to them several times and received no response. Valet was $30-33 a night ( I can’t remember the exact amount ) but I was charged the price for a room instead of the valet prices. Will never go back to this hotel. This don’t include getting a room that took the refrigerator hours to start working and having a tv that didn’t work. We had to take 3 days of luggage and move to another room. Well they did give us free breakfast passes that we did not used because majority of the things they had was pork besides the cereal and fruits and we do not eat pork.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Donovan.The problems I had were the parking $20 per day in a garage you have to walk to or valet parking for $25 per day. Breakfast buffet was $18.95 per person for mediocre food. With almost paying $200 per room you would think there would be something included besides wifi that we didn't use.
