리리뷰어상당히 좋은 위치이지만 다른 Ibis 호텔은 몇 파운드만 더 내면 도시의 중심부에 있습니다. 집에 가는 길에 꽤 어둡고 외로운 구간이 있기 때문에 밤에 택시를 집으로 가져갔습니다.
서비스는 저렴한 호텔에 훌륭했습니다. 직원은 요청에 따라 여분의 베개, 다리미 및 다리미판을 가져 왔으며 항상 웃고 정중하고 능숙했습니다.
방에는 작고 높은 창문이 하나 있어 방이 어둡고 덥게 느껴졌습니다. 우리는 레벨 1에 있었고 더 높은 침실에는 더 나은 창문이 있는 것 같았습니다.
매트리스는 편안했지만 부착되거나 고정되지 않았습니다. 단단한 헤드보드에서 서핑하는 경향이 있었고 베개 하나가 틈 사이로 떨어졌습니다. 베개 자체는 쓰레기였습니다. 마치 제가 수풍선 위에서 자고 있는 것 같았습니다. 한 부분에 머리를 눕히면, 다른 부분에 팽창이 났습니다. 최근에 수술을 받았고 추가 지원이 필요했고 추가 지원이 하나 제공되었기 때문에 추가 지원을 요청했습니다. 나는 이상적이지 않은 추가 지원을 위해 수건을 사용하게 되었습니다.
욕실은 깨끗하고 현대적이며 훌륭하고 강력한 샤워 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. TV는 Netflix와 YouTube에 액세스할 수 있었습니다.
에어컨은 그것이 켜져있을 때 환상적이고 강력했지만 설명 할 수 없을 정도로 밤에 2/3 시간을 끄고 열이 우리를 깨울 것입니다. 우리는 더 뜨겁고 차가운 침실처럼 운영하므로 이것이 당신에게 거래 차단기가 아닐 수도 있지만 저에게는 매우 중요하고 수면의 질에 영향을 미칩니다.

EEddyEen goed gelegen hotel, kamers proper en een goed bed. Ideaal voor korte verblijven, of om een vroege oversteek te maken naar Engeland.
Geen mogelijkheid om 's avonds te eten, maar lokaal wel enkele mogelijkheden om te eten.
Jammer genoeg ontbreekt voor mij de mogelijkheid om op de kamer koffie of thee te maken.

리리뷰어Nice location however the hotel car park it is not well signposted. Average breakfast for the price.
No drawers in the room no minibar or fridge, very basic amenities for a 4 star hotel. The shower door in the bath went beyond the bath edge and allow water to go on the floor creating a paddle in the bathroom. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointing experience considering the price to pay for a mediocre dinner. The staff are completely oblivious to guests requests or suggestions. We ordered the deep fried squid and they were just served as finger food, piping hot when I asked for a plate to transfer the squid from a napkin cone with kitchen foil propping the squid to make it look plentiful, I was told tge you have to eat it with your fingers??. Pepper steak that tasted and looked terrible, the steak was cooked to the right temperature however burned on the outside, the so called peppercorn sauce was just a pan wash, no pepper at all, no stock or seasoning, it tasted like water and salt. I had a bottle of red Burgundy that I drink regularly and to my dissatisfaction on tasting the wine it was unbalanced, when I pointed this out to the staff, the wine was taken away somewhere in the back, the waitress then returned to say that her colleague had said that the wine was fine and that decanting it would correct the wine. The decanter was clearly chipped on the rim and I objected and requested at the least a non chipped one. The wine didn’t correct. Apart from the company of my wife and the garden surrounding all the rest was very unlike of what a 4 star hotel’s restaurant should provide. The grounds of the hotel are very relaxing and comfortable,

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

However, when I asked them to help keep my luggage, they just opened a room door for me and asked me to put my luggage by myself, and when I wanted to get back my luggage, they asked me to take it on my own without even looking at what I was doing. I think they should at least give out a tag or something and mark down our luggage, what if someone comes in and steal the luggage?

리리뷰어몇 밤 동안 머물기에 좋습니다. 모든 해변과 마을에 중심. 우리는 현대적이고 깨끗하지만 조금 작은 우수한 방을 예약했습니다. 욕실은 기능적이고 깨끗하지만 다시 매우 작습니다. 미니 휴식을 위해 머리를 내리기에 좋은 곳입니다. 청소기에서 리셉션까지 친절하고 도움이되는 모든 직원. 스탑 오버 또는 몇 밤을 추천 할 것입니다.

리리뷰어It is a very nice hotel, but my stay was ruined. The hotel had decided to have a DJ blast music from one of the hotel rooms to celebrate festivities in Lille that weekend. The DJ was blasting music through an open window to the street below at exceptionally high volume levels. My room was above the DJ. The music shook the room, it was impossible for us to stay in the room. It was a lovely room but it wasn't fit for purpose, and should not have been hired out to guests when the hotel had arranged for a DJ to be creating that level of noise below them. I arrived at the hotel after a 15 hour journey, desperate for rest before going out to meet friends in the evening. Rest was simply impossible in the room. As a result my evening out was also ruined. At the very least a hotel needs to provide a quite relaxing room for guests, this wasn't done. I would advise you to consider other options available before considering this hotel.

리리뷰어안녕하세요. 저는 매우 기쁩니다. 우선 위치가 환상적이었고, 객실은 매우 깨끗했고, 침구류도 깨끗했고, 조리 공간도 깨끗했고, 전자레인지도 매우 깨끗했고, 냉장고와 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 집에 있는 것 같은 느낌이었고, 레스토랑에 가지 않고 직접 음식을 요리했는데 훌륭했습니다. 슈퍼마켓 카푸르가 호텔 바로 모퉁이에 있고, 대형 쇼핑 센터인 유라시아 릴도 바로 모퉁이에 있습니다. 교통비를 절약하고 싶은 사람에게는 훌륭한 위치입니다. 또 다른 점은 릴 유럽 역과 릴 플랑드르가 바로 모퉁이에 있어서 도보로 갈 수 있고, 모든 것이 바로 옆에 있습니다. 저는 분명히 릴을 다시 방문해서 호텔에 머물 것입니다. 고객 관리가 좋고, 소통이 훌륭했고, 모든 직원이 여러 언어를 구사할 수 있어서 훌륭했습니다. 감사합니다. séjour Lille affaires apart hotel 다음에 또 뵙겠습니다. 감사합니다.
