'객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있고, 엘리베이터에서 제공되는 조식은 풍성하고, 바로 옆에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 아쉽게도 씨트립으로 결제했는데, 호텔 프런트 데스크에서 제 객실 요금을 또 긁어갔습니다. 호텔과 제때 조율하고 돈을 돌려받을 수 있도록 도와준 씨트립에 감사드립니다.'

'지하철역은 가깝지만, 관광지와는 거리가 좀 있습니다. 그래도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있고, 주변에 식당도 많습니다.
푸드코트/공용 휴게실은 소파와 콘센트가 많아서 좋습니다. 다만 밤에는 문을 닫아서 방으로 돌아가는 것 외에는 갈 곳이 없습니다.
도미토리룸에는 에어컨이 있어서 좋습니다. 매트리스와 베개도 매우 편안합니다. Wi-Fi도 잘 터집니다.
아침과 낮 시간대 프런트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움을 많이 줍니다.'

ホテルはArras駅からすぐで、フロントの方たちはとても親切でした。お部屋もとても綺麗でした！お部屋には歯ブラシなどのアメニティは置いていませんでしたが、もし忘れてしまってもフロントの方にお願いすればいただけると書いていました！ビュッフェ朝食つきで、ヨーグルトやシリアル、パン屋、チーズ、果物とドリンクもコーヒーやお茶ジュースに加え生搾りオレンジジュースの機械もありました！チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえて電車の時間までゆっくり観光できました。'

EEddyEen goed gelegen hotel, kamers proper en een goed bed. Ideaal voor korte verblijven, of om een vroege oversteek te maken naar Engeland.
Geen mogelijkheid om 's avonds te eten, maar lokaal wel enkele mogelijkheden om te eten.
Jammer genoeg ontbreekt voor mij de mogelijkheid om op de kamer koffie of thee te maken.

리리뷰어Nice location however the hotel car park it is not well signposted. Average breakfast for the price.
No drawers in the room no minibar or fridge, very basic amenities for a 4 star hotel. The shower door in the bath went beyond the bath edge and allow water to go on the floor creating a paddle in the bathroom. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointing experience considering the price to pay for a mediocre dinner. The staff are completely oblivious to guests requests or suggestions. We ordered the deep fried squid and they were just served as finger food, piping hot when I asked for a plate to transfer the squid from a napkin cone with kitchen foil propping the squid to make it look plentiful, I was told tge you have to eat it with your fingers??. Pepper steak that tasted and looked terrible, the steak was cooked to the right temperature however burned on the outside, the so called peppercorn sauce was just a pan wash, no pepper at all, no stock or seasoning, it tasted like water and salt. I had a bottle of red Burgundy that I drink regularly and to my dissatisfaction on tasting the wine it was unbalanced, when I pointed this out to the staff, the wine was taken away somewhere in the back, the waitress then returned to say that her colleague had said that the wine was fine and that decanting it would correct the wine. The decanter was clearly chipped on the rim and I objected and requested at the least a non chipped one. The wine didn’t correct. Apart from the company of my wife and the garden surrounding all the rest was very unlike of what a 4 star hotel’s restaurant should provide. The grounds of the hotel are very relaxing and comfortable,

리리뷰어Fairly good location but other Ibis hotels are right in the heart of the city for only a few pounds more. Ended up getting taxis home at night as there are some quite dark, lonely sections on the road home.
Service was excellent for such an affordable hotel- staff brought extra pillow on request, iron and ironing board, they were always smiling, polite and proficient.
In the room, there was one small, high up window making the room feel dark and hot. We were on level 1, higher bedrooms seemed to have better windows.
Mattress was comfortable but not attached or anchored in- it tended to surf away from the hard headboard and your one pillow then fell down between the gap. The pillows themselves were crap- I felt like a I was sleeping on a water balloon- when you rested your head on one section, it would go flat and inflate the other. We requested extras because I had recently had surgery and needed extra support and one extra was provided. I ended up using towels for extra support which was less than ideal.
Bathroom was clean, modern and had a nice, powerful shower. TV had access to Netflix and YouTube.
The air conditioning was FANTASTIC and powerful when it was on but then it inexplicably would turn off maybe 2/3 times a night and the heat would wake us up which was a shame. We run hot and like a colder bedroom so this might not be a deal breaker for you but it’s very important for me and affected my quality of sleep.

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

GGaeh쇼핑몰 옆에 매우 좋은 위치, 음식을 찾기 쉽고 간단한 방, 에어컨은 없지만 더운 경우 팬이 있지만 공기는 시원합니다. 욕실과 화장실은 분리되어 있습니다. 방에 쓰레기가 없습니다. 욕실은 하나뿐이며 직원을위한 Wi-Fi가 있으며 친절하고 의사 소통이 잘됩니다.

However, when I asked them to help keep my luggage, they just opened a room door for me and asked me to put my luggage by myself, and when I wanted to get back my luggage, they asked me to take it on my own without even looking at what I was doing. I think they should at least give out a tag or something and mark down our luggage, what if someone comes in and steal the luggage?

리리뷰어몇 밤 동안 머물기에 좋습니다. 모든 해변과 마을에 중심. 우리는 현대적이고 깨끗하지만 조금 작은 우수한 방을 예약했습니다. 욕실은 기능적이고 깨끗하지만 다시 매우 작습니다. 미니 휴식을 위해 머리를 내리기에 좋은 곳입니다. 청소기에서 리셉션까지 친절하고 도움이되는 모든 직원. 스탑 오버 또는 몇 밤을 추천 할 것입니다.

리리뷰어Hele ruime kamer en dichtbij allemaal winkels. Prima badkamer met lekkere douche. Om 11:30 uur kwam ik terug van een wandeling en werkte de cijfercode van de kamer niet meer terwijl ik tot 12 uur in mijn kamer mocht blijven. Bij de receptie aangegeven en toen liep er iemand mee die de deur open deed. Eenmaal op mijn kamer bezig kwam er weer iemand van housekeeping binnen. Gelukkig was ik mij niet aan het omkleden. Ik snap niet waarom ze de kamer in gaan als je tot 12 uur mag blijven en ik nog niet had uitgecheckt. Ik zal de volgende keer het kaartje aan de deur hangen met niet storen. Verder waren ze wel erg vriendelijk en raad ik dit hotel aan iedereen aan.

호스텔은 매우 깨끗하고 서비스는 훌륭합니다. 친절한 사람들이 운영하는 좋은 곳. 아침 식사는 빵, 치즈, 햄, 올리브, 요구르트, 시리얼, 뜨거운 음료 및 오렌지 주스를 얻을 수 있어 호스텔 표준에 따라 훌륭합니다.
일부 커뮤니티 활동/워크샵도 진행 중이지만 경험하지 못했습니다.

리리뷰어안녕하세요. 저는 매우 기쁩니다. 우선 위치가 환상적이었고, 객실은 매우 깨끗했고, 침구류도 깨끗했고, 조리 공간도 깨끗했고, 전자레인지도 매우 깨끗했고, 냉장고와 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 집에 있는 것 같은 느낌이었고, 레스토랑에 가지 않고 직접 음식을 요리했는데 훌륭했습니다. 슈퍼마켓 카푸르가 호텔 바로 모퉁이에 있고, 대형 쇼핑 센터인 유라시아 릴도 바로 모퉁이에 있습니다. 교통비를 절약하고 싶은 사람에게는 훌륭한 위치입니다. 또 다른 점은 릴 유럽 역과 릴 플랑드르가 바로 모퉁이에 있어서 도보로 갈 수 있고, 모든 것이 바로 옆에 있습니다. 저는 분명히 릴을 다시 방문해서 호텔에 머물 것입니다. 고객 관리가 좋고, 소통이 훌륭했고, 모든 직원이 여러 언어를 구사할 수 있어서 훌륭했습니다. 감사합니다. séjour Lille affaires apart hotel 다음에 또 뵙겠습니다. 감사합니다.
