Noosa Boutique Apartments & Elkhorn Villas

This was our 3rd time staying at these apartments. Excellent location for walking to Hastings st and even Noosaville . We stayed in apartment 5 this visit which had a balcony where we could enjoy a view of the pool and river. Comfortably fits 6 adults with great facilities. Patrick was a great host. Would definitely recommend

Where do I begin, firstly we arrived eager for our 7 night stay in apartment 4 which was newly renovated only to find out we were placed in the wrong apartment which was incredibly dated, moldy and filthy overall. When we complained we were given a small portion of our fees back but no effort was made to place us in the correct room. From the mould ridden bathrooms, to the yellow stained doonas, to the hot water tank in the wardrobe of a bedroom where an infant was sleeping merely a meter away this was completely unacceptable. The owner would use the pool area at his own leisure which was a put off as well as the spa being so heavily chlorinated that you could smell it from the balcony of the apartment! All this being said, we were extremely disappointed with this accommodation, we will never return and we hope people think twice about booking in the future.

We booked last minute and Patrick promptly replied to inform us our villa was ready and air-con was on. These villas are amazing . Everything you need is available inside .The place is spotless and maintained pristinely to a very high standard . Location wise you are within mins of the beach and shopping areas . I would highly recommend. Patrick and Julie were fabulous hosts and were available at all times to care to any of our needs or enquires . We will definitely be back in the near future . Fantastic location... easy walk to Hastings St or use the free loop bus. Apartments have everything, clean, well equipped, check in and out seamless. The owner/managers live on site, Patrick and Julie, wonderful couple. Would we stay again.... absolutely

Well appointed ,roomy and comfortable with great location We had the three bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms It was very clean and well stocked with basics for tea coffee etc Easy walk to the beach river and many restaurants and shops Would definitely book the apartment again when we next go to Noosa

Best location just off Hastings Street. With a flat 500m walk to Hastings Street and the beach this location is excellent, without the Hastings Street premium. The Hampton style design of Apt 1 is fresh and very upmarket. I’ve lost count at how many times we’ve stayed here and we will continue to come back when visiting Noosa. The managers are always helpful and nothing is too much problem. Just book into the restaurants early to avoid disappointment.
