늦은 점심을 할 수 있는 식당에 대하여 물었더니, 호텔내 식당까지 안내하며, 홀에 전시된 루이15세 그림 그리고 호텔 설립자에 대한 설명까지 하는 친절한 안내 서비스. 호텔에 자부심에서 우러나는 진정한 서비스로 기억됩니다. 우연히 들른 1층 화장실( 화장실을 추천하는 것이 우습지만)은 사진에 남길 정도로 너무 예쁨. 아침 식사에 나오는 메뉴는 다른 호텔과 거의 비슷합니다. 훈제연어의 경우 먹기도 좋고 보기도 좋게 셋팅이 되어 있었습니다. .아주 작은 것에서 차별화 된 식사로 기억됩니다 1월말에 숙박이라서 호텔가격도 싸고, 주차비도 내지 않아도 되고 아주 만족스럽게 묵었습니다.

This is one of my favorite Hyatt properties. As Globalists, we were met by the GM after check in and upgraded to a Regency Suite with a separate dining/living room and a large terrace with a bistro table and chaise. The entire staff is very friendly, often addressing us by name. Our concierge Brice was very helpful! We’ve enjoyed a bountiful breakfast buffet each day during our weeklong stay. You could not ask for a better location on the Cote d’Azure. The old city is a 5-minute walk away. The Cezanne and Matisse Museums are must-sees. Hundreds of restaurants and shops are close by. Delta offers a seasonal direct flight to Nice from JFK. We hope to return someday.

Loved the view from the room and rooftop! Me and my bf stayed for 3 nights last week. Was amazing! All the staff were very kind and helpful. The most enjoyable part was the view while we were having breakfast at the top floor. Breakfast buffet was ok and they serving dinner in the same room as well.

다른 리뷰어가 제안한이 아파트 호텔은 사이트에서 잘 사진을 찍지 만 실제로는 매우 피곤하고 날짜가 있습니다. 트램 정류장과 가까우며 산책로까지 도보로 매우 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 이불은 매우 더러웠고 샤워 실에서 냄새가났습니다. 방은 표면적으로 깨끗해 보였지만 점검에서 더 깨끗할 수있었습니다. 여기에 머무르면 전차가있는 주요 도로가 길가 창 바로 바깥에 있기 때문에 귀마개를 가져 오는 것이 좋습니다. 다른 사람들은 직원들과의 문제에 대해 의견을 말했으며, 우리는 그들이 다루기에 괜찮다는 것을 알았습니다. 우리 방문 전에 나는 질문에 대한 답을 받기 위해 그들에게 3 번 이메일을 보내야했다. 그것이 거래이고 위의 것을 신경 쓰지 않는다면 여기에 머무르는 것이 좋습니다. 근처에 훨씬 우수한 다른 호텔이 있는데 (우리는 그곳으로 옮겼습니다) 같은 가격이었습니다.

We arrived via taxi after a flight down from Paris. The hotel was fully booked between Cannes film festival and People going to see the Monica Grand Prix. Our room was not ready, but we were told we could go to the rooftop for lunch. We did that and proceeded to be ignored by the rooftop staff. We finally corralled someone who said they stopped serving food at 2:30, so we left the hotel to find something else. Later when our room was ready we told the front desk about it and it was news to them. Then when we decided to go back for dinner on the roof, we were told that dinner did not start until 7:00, so they called up and made us reservations. When we arrived at 7:00 the place was packed and the only tables had no view. We asked and were told that people come for drinks starting at 6:00 and just keep their tables when dinner starts. Not ideal. These are very tiny, tight rooms. Typical Europe size. They were quiet rooms. Our air conditioning didn’t work in the room. They offered a fan which helped, but as it got hotter we asked a second time to change rooms and they complied. They did reduce our room rate and comped a meal for us. The staff was very nice and apologetic for the AC issues.

I stayed here for two nights and would have no hesitation in recommending this gem of a hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I arrived a few hours early and as my room was ready, I was able to check in straightaway. The complimentary bottles of cold water were much appreciated in the July/August heat! There is also a lift if you don’t fancy taking the stairs. The room was small but this was not an issue for me. The bed was so comfortable and there were tea and coffee facilities and a hairdryer in the room. The room was cleaned and towels were replaced each day. The location, Rue Andrioli, is very quiet and felt safe and is only a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais. It is also only a 5 - 10 minutes walk from the Alsace-Lorraine tram station which is only one stop from the Jean Medecin tram stop (the main shopping street in Nice). I would also recommend the breakfast and there was plenty of choice. I particularly enjoyed the absolutely delicious scrambled egg! If you prefer to eat elsewhere, there are plenty of shops and cafes in the vicinity. When I was checking out, I was able to leave my luggage knowing it would be safe. I also had a lovely chat with the manager Patrick. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Nice. Merci beaucoup Hotel L’Alcove!

An absolute beautiful place to stay in Nice . We stayed in room 1 which had a street view which I would recommend . Fabio met us on arrival and talked through the places of interest to visit . It is so easy and cheap to get the tram from the airport and it takes approximately 25 minutes. We also visited Monaco and Cannes whilst staying here . We got the train to them and the station is no more than a 15 walk from the hotel . The location of the hotel is great for the promenade and lots of restaurants on Rue De France which is no more than a 5 minute walk . You will not be disappointed if you stay at Aroma Hotel ps the croissants in the morning are delicious and a lovely touch . And the coffee machine in the room does fab coffee for a machine !! Thank you to Fabio for making us feel so welcome .

We had such a wonderful stay at Hôtel Victor Hugo! They were so welcoming and helpful during our time in Nice. The room was lovely and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed the nice breakfast in the morning as well. The location was excellent! A lovely spot and we were able to walk everywhere. We hope to return and stay there again!
