"So I provide care support to a guest that stays with you every year . I would like to thank all the staff , reception and restaurant and especially Dallas and her housekeeping team . Nothing was too much trouble , so very happy to help and go beyond and made my job so much easier . Thank you all . I also work in hospitality getting apartments ready for guests , I know first hand the challenges and how exhausted we all are after a busy long summer , but none of that showed in any way . Premier inn you have a team to be proud of 🙌"

"Location was great as it was close to where we needed to be. The apartment we stayed in was a decent size perfect for all of us to fit in. Swimming pool that was available was lovely and warm. Stuff we interacted with were friendly. However, the cleanliness was not up to scratch in some rooms that was great! Big cobwebs that were almost black because they were so dusty. There was absolutely massive cobwebs going across the door frames in most of the bathrooms. Carpets were not vacuumed properly. It was old. Shoelaces still on the floor in one of the rooms. The cleanliness needs drastically looking at."

"I stayed in a sea view room with a great view from the window. The hotel is in a good location, with many attractions nearby and close to the beach. But you have to drive yourself, otherwise you can't go anywhere. The staff is very friendly, but sometimes they forget to clean. The hotel said that you can hang a do not disturb sign when you don't need to clean. But in fact, they won't come to clean unless you hang a please clean sign. In addition, although breakfast is included, it is only cold (Continental). Hot breakfast costs an additional 6 pounds per person per day."
