수영장 있는 뉴캐슬 웨스트 호텔

Shared 3 bedroom apartment with friends. Price point is reasonable - you get what you pay for compared to the more expensive modern apartments. Not sure I would stay again. Pros: large spacious apartment with all amenities for a longer stay. Location central with shopping centre for groceries etc 10 min walk away. Restaurants and Civic theatre close by. Cons:dated and shabby - needs some TLC - worn carpets, bathrooms need re-grouting. There was a problem with cockroaches in the kitchen which we have reported. Parking would be tight for larger cars as it is tight .

좋은 점 : 객실은 크고 넓으며 적당한 크기의 주방과 별도의 침실과 세탁 시설이 있는 라운지와 식사 시대로 7일 동안 그랬던 것처럼 장기 체류에 좋습니다. 수영장과 스파는 실내에서 모두 멋진 터치이며 더운 습한 하루를 보낸 후 매우 편안합니다. 객실은 매우 깔끔하고 깔끔하며 나이를 조금 보여주기 시작하지만 여전히 매우 기능적입니다. 침대는 약간 단단하고 킹 사이즈를위한 공간이있을 수 있습니다. 매트리스를 교체 할 수 있다고 생각합니다. 욕실은 샤워 루틴을 갖기 위해 욕조에 오래된 발걸음이 있는 일부로 노후화되어 보수 공사를 할 시간이 있습니다. OK: 넓은 방에는 에어컨이 하나뿐이므로 침실이 꽤 더울 수 있고 천장 선풍기가 작동하지 않아 가능한 한 편안하지 않습니다. 복도의 카펫 중 일부는 약간 실곰이며 교체가 필요하며 수영장 지역은 다시 페인트가 필요하지만 모든 사소한 문제입니다. 나쁜 점: 늦은 퀘스트, 주차장을 테마로 한 것 같습니다. 사실 외에도 체크인 장소에 들어가는 것은 거리에 주차장이 없기 때문에 거의 불가능하므로 몇 블록 떨어진 곳에 주차하고 걸어서 입구까지 이동합니다. 그리고 리모컨을 가져 가라. 하루 30달러 주차 게이트를 열면 주차는 하루 30달러로 차가 태양이나 비에 앉아 거리에서 도난당하지 않으므로 객실 요금 +30달러를 부를 수 있습니다. 주변에 있는 거리에 차를 주차할 수 있는 방법이 없기 때문에, 밤에 약간 초라한. 솔직히 객실 요금에 포함하면 여기에 주차하지 않으면 30 달러 할인을받을 수 있습니다 ... ?? 호텔 주차장이 무료였던 시간이 있었는데... 나는 구식일 것입니다.)

Great staff, great service. Easy to go around Newcastle and also close to the Honeysuckle Tram stop that takes you to the Newcastle CBD and the beach. Breakfast was good, make sure you include jn the package for your stay otherwise it will cost you $32/person per breakfast. The only negative things here are : The swimming pool is too small. The exhaust fan in our room won't turn off, its always on. The aircon kept turning off every 2 hours or so by itself so when we slept here for 3 nights, every night i was sweating as the aircon was turned off by itself eventhough i did not put any timer on. The restaurant is not serving proper meal as no head chef available, so we had to go to Marketown for dinners. The parking why should we pay? I think it should be included on the price. I understand that limited spot, but they have spots up the ramp too, they not using it. Also , when its full, they seem to squish in more cars, in one night we stayed there, we had to park in front of the shed which not suppose too, but thats because the staff maybe promised the people that coming late that parking is available. No it was not, there was no spot left although we already checked in the night before, we still can't get the spot.
