I booked my stay at this Hilton Garden Inn specifically because it listed an indoor hot tub as an amenity. After checking in, my kids and I went straight to the pool area to find the hot tub empty with orange construction cones around it. After searching past reviews I realized the hot tub had been in this condition longer than 10 months.
James from the front desk was super helpful for going out of his way to bring a bottle opener up to my room, and Renard was very friendly and accommodating to my kids and I at breakfast.
I noticed some trash around the outside of the front entrance that was never picked up throughout my three night stay. My room, as well as all other areas were clean and tidy.
