'The best hostel of my entire trip! From the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the kitchen and the wonderful staff—everything was perfect! I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. Papa - here are my words of love from the bottom of my heart, for your care. For every morning and evening When I came to the pool bar, I always smiled when I saw you! Thank you for your kindness. For making me feel at home away from home (this is not just a slogan, it is the motto of the entire hotel. The rooms and beds - a separate love Nowhere else have I found such comfortable and ergonomically correct beds Not only a locker, shelf, lamp and socket, but also a large amount of space on the side of the bed where you can conveniently lay out your things (and hide your backpack in a large locker under the bed) No mess and always clean. Clean and functional showers and toilets. Plenty of space, no unpleasant odours. Importantly, there is space to work. The bar has enough space for fun evenings and for work. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! I sincerely thank the entire CatBa Oversleep hostel team for your work, your love for what you do, and your complete dedication. Your care for each guest, your attentiveness, and your kindness! 'This place was absolutely amazing and it’s still expanding, it’s in a superb and beautiful location with wonderful views, with very unique rooms, the food and drink were fantastic, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming and so helpful to make sure we were having the best stay we could have, highly recommend this place and will certainly stay again if we ever find ourselves in the area'

'저는 트립닷컴을 통해 예약했던 객실 유형과 다른 객실을 받았습니다. 예약은 침대 두 개와 소파 침대 하나가 있는 스위트룸 두 개로 총 9명이 숙박하는 것이었습니다. 도착 후 프런트 직원은 해당 객실 유형은 이용할 수 없으며 트립닷컴에 등록된 정보가 잘못되었다고 안내했습니다. 결과적으로 제공된 객실은 제가 확정한 예약 내용과 일치하지 않아 저희 일행에게 상당한 불편을 초래했습니다. 이러한 불일치에 대한 설명과 적절한 해결책을 조속히 마련해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.'

'개인적인 사정으로 원래 예약했던 기간보다 하루만 머물게 되었습니다. 주인분께서 흔쾌히 이해해주시고 예약을 변경해주시고 남은 날짜에 대한 금액을 환불해주셨습니다. 정말 친절하고 고객을 생각하는 마음이 느껴졌습니다. 예약 변경으로 인해 주인분께서 지불하셔야 했던 행정 수수료가 약간 있었지만, 추가 숙박비에 비하면 미미한 금액이었습니다. 정말 감사합니다.'
