'Weak Wi-Fi. The bathtub is old and plastic, while taking shower standing in it feels like it’s gonna break! Their windows haven’t been replaced in ages, really dirty, and they leak—traffic noise kept me up all night from bedtime till morning. Hot water, kettle, and AC can’t run at the same time; power tripped three times in one night. But honestly, the staff are awesome—super quick to help, really friendly, and the front desk is great. Just wish the facilities were actually decent… really hope they fix this stuff soon.'

'Great location, within walking distance of the main attractions. The room was very clean and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was also very easy and hassle-free. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay. Would definitely consider staying here again!'

'Enjoyed our stay in this unit. The place is spacious and clean with great view. Living room equipped with smart TV. Location is quite strategic with many eating places. There are mini mart, game centre, swimming pool, gym, and few cafes/eateries nearby. Easy to have grab delivery as well (do take note you have to collect it from Main Lobby). Condo complex have EV chargers for your car. Just have to register with security. The whole check in process was smooth. Amy messaged one day beforehand on whether I could check in early, how to get access pass, how to register with security. I recommend this place if you are staying in Melaka'

'A budget-friendly hotel close to Menara Taming Sari, with plenty of food options, souvenir shops, and convenience stores nearby. The accommodation is basic but clean and comfortable, and overall, it offers good value for the price. The front-desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. However, I had an unpleasant experience with one Malay male staff. He knocked on my door quite loudly and asked me to move to another room, but the way he spoke to me felt very rude and unwelcoming. It honestly made me feel as though I was being asked to leave rather than being assisted with a room change. Hopefully, the management can look into this and ensure that guests are treated with more courtesy and professionalism in the future.'

'Great location with plenty of food options within walking distance. The place was clean and convenient, and we had a comfortable stay.'

'Overall we are very satisfied with this residence and services provided. Location is perfectly good as we could find a lot of nice food nearby. Cleanliness still can improve. Kids are happy with the inhouse playground and adults can play the game machine which quite fun also. Will book again if come to Melaka next time.'
