'I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel really deserves one. Honestly, everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a great job every day. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and having drinks available 24 hours a day was a huge plus. I also liked the minibar in the room with its good selection of drinks. The beach is sandy, clean, and perfect for swimming. The evening shows and entertainment made every night enjoyable. What made the biggest difference, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim, who made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. This is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’ll be happy to come back again.'

'이 호텔은 시내 중심부에 위치하여 쇼핑과 이동이 매우 편리합니다. 최근에 리모델링을 마친 듯 시설이 비교적 새것이며 서비스도 좋습니다. 조식도 꽤 맛있고, 바에서는 셀프 서비스로 음료, 커피, 차를 즐길 수 있습니다. 가격 대비 만족도가 높아 숙박할 만한 가치가 있습니다.'

'이 호텔은 정말 훌륭하고, 모든 것이 포함된 올인클루시브 호텔입니다. 저희는 겨울인 1월 중순에 짧게 머물렀습니다. - 정말 감탄했고, 떠날 때까지 그 감탄이 가시지 않았습니다. 위치: 사흘 하셰쉬 만에 위치해 있어 겨울에도 바람이 거의 불지 않아 겨울 휴가에 최적의 장소입니다. 사흘 하셰쉬에는 멋진 산책로가 있습니다(약 10km 거리). 건물 건축 양식이 정말 아름답습니다(!!!). 로비 발코니는 웅장함이 일품입니다. 마치 산 위의 ”이집트 궁전”에 들어온 듯한 느낌입니다. 호텔에서 편안하게 앉아 경치를 감상할 수 있습니다. 모든 것이 새것입니다. 객실과 정원 모두 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 됩니다. 모든 것을 도와주고 진심으로 반갑게 맞아줍니다. 호텔이 2026년 1월에 개장한 지 얼마 되지 않아 직원들의 열정이 넘칩니다. 음식이 너무 맛있고 다양해서 접시에서 눈을 떼기가 힘들었어요. 정말 맛있는 음식을 맛볼 수 있는 기회였죠 (모든 걸 다 먹어보고 싶었지만, 너무 피곤해서 더 이상 먹을 수 없었던 경험). 셰프 팀은 정말 훌륭했어요. 이탈리아식과 아시아식 알라카르트 레스토랑이 있어요. 온수 수영장은 건물들(1층 객실 중 ”스윔업”이라고 표시된 곳)에만 있었지만, 호텔이 막 개장한 터라 빈 객실에서 수영을 즐길 수 있었어요. 따뜻한 수영장에 몸을 담그니 얼마나 좋았는지 몰라요! 선베드는 푹신하고 그늘막도 있어서 좋았어요. 새롭게 단장한 훌륭한 헬스장도 있어요. 헬스장 안은 물론이고, 로비 화장실이나 레스토랑에도 항상 직원이 있어서 편리했어요. 웨이터들이 선베드 옆을 돌아다니며 필요한 게 있는지 물어봐 줘요. 호텔 내에 노래하는 분수와 클럽도 있어요. 해변은 모래사장이고 산호초도 있어요. 호텔 자체는 정말 훌륭했지만, 냉정하고 객관적으로 몇 가지 아쉬운 점을 꼽자면 (50% 할인 덕분에 원래 400달러였던 숙박비가 200달러로 줄어든 걸 감안하면 사소한 것들이지만요): 1) 호텔 부지 내에서 공사가 진행 중입니다. 2) 키즈 클럽이 없습니다. (있다고 했었는데, 아직 계획 단계인 것 같습니다.) 3) 엔터테인먼트가 부실합니다. 저녁 공연 시간에만 잠깐 볼 수 있었고, 호텔 내에서 활동하는 모습은 거의 못 봤습니다. (제가 못 봤을 수도 있겠네요.) 4) 저녁 엔터테인먼트도 그저 그랬습니다. (쇼라고 부르기엔 좀 그렇지만) 직원들과 현지 공연자들이 나름대로 노력하는 모습은 보였습니다. 5) 분수에서 나오는 음악이 계속 반복해서 나왔는데, 소리가 너무 커서 집중하기 힘들 정도였습니다. 하지만 이런 것들은 모두 사소한 단점일 뿐입니다. 호텔 자체는 정말 최고였습니다!'

'Absolutely incredible stay! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a trip to Hurghada. Xanadu Club Makadi Bay is easily one of the finest high-class hotels in the region, offering a true luxury experience from the moment you step in. The dining experience was exceptional. The main restaurant offers a fantastic variety of delicious, high-quality food that changes daily, so you never get bored. On top of that, the à la carte restaurants were absolutely amazing, serving top-tier dishes with beautiful presentation and exquisite flavors. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. The entire staff operates at a level that is above and beyond. Everyone we met was incredibly polite, respectful, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. They are truly dedicated to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and their hospitality is highly appreciated. The pools are pristine, crystal clear, and wonderfully maintained, and the resort's grounds and gardens are beautiful and spotless. The aqua park is a lot of fun, but if there is one weak spot in the entire resort, it would have to be the aqua park area and the wave pool. They both feel a bit outdated and are in desperate need of renovation to match the ultra-luxury, high-class standard of the rest of the hotel. Also, the bar in that specific area is quite basic and could definitely use an upgrade in quality and service. Despite that minor point, we were absolutely delighted with our vacation. We had a wonderful time, felt extremely pampered, and we will definitely be returning to Xanadu Club Makadi Bay for our next holiday!'

'剛到酒店的時候已經是半夜了，但是前台還還是給我辦了入住，提前辦了入住，而且酒店環境很好，房間特別大，就像個套房一樣。白天跟他們交流也很開心，反正酒店的環境挺好的。'
