When you take the elevator up to the 5th Floor, you are only a few steps away from the front door. Castle Reef is located on the "no drive" section of New Smyrna Beach, with access to the Pool overlooking the Ocean, Shuffle Board and out door Grills. The complex connects directly to the 27th avenue park which features a playground as well as basketball and racquetball courts. There’s a king bed in the main room with a private bath and 2 full sized beds in the guest room to accommodate 6 comfortably in the unit. Point East is a small well maintained beach community which has just undergone a complete renovation of the grounds. The building is 3 stories tall and our unit is located on the top floor, just 2 units away from the elevator. New Smyrna Beach is conveniently located just 1 hour from the Orlando International Airport as well as the Orlando theme parks and attractions. It is also just 30 minutes from Daytona and the famous international speedway. The unit is walkable to many restaurants, an ice cream shop, and the Dollar General for your grocery shopping needs.
