Worst Hotel I've Ever Stayed In The description of this hotel is completely inaccurate. It says "an upscale hotel." There is NOTHING upscale about it. They don't let you check in early and when waiting in the lobby, it's VERY noisy the whole time. You can't heard the other person or take a call. There is disgusting rust and yellow goop caked along the bottom of mirrors on the kitchen sink. The mattress was the most uncomfortable one I've every slept in--when you sit on it, it literally falls to the bed frame. The curtain let the sun shine right onto the bed, waking me up at sunrise every morning, which was irritating. The towels are paper thin. And there was black hair all over the comforter (my hair is red). The only positive is the location to the convention center. You can't get new towels (unless you want to wash them yourself). I didn't sign up for doing laundry when staying at a hotel especially one that claims to be upscale. Biggest waste of money, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was the most odd hotel experience I’ve ever had. First, I requested an early check in, which was denied. No problem, it was a few hours before check in. Upon arriving the room that was supposedly being cleaned (hence the early check in denial), was clearly never cleaned, unmade bed, trash. Made my way back down to the virtual concierge, where I was given a different room and code. This room was at 87 degrees by the thermostat, though clean enough. It appeared the AC was broken and maintenance would not be available for days? I was confused by this. Was given a different room to try after being told I would potentially need to be at another location. I specifically picked this property for its proximity to the conference center, so that was not an option for me. Third room would not open per the code provided. At this point going back and forth to the lobby, trying to text/call felt extremely ineffective and frankly, irritating. Eventually, the fourth room I was given to try was at a normal temperature and clean enough. Although I stayed for the duration of my reservation, I discovered some unpleasant, but tolerable, quirks. One sink did not drain properly, one bed had gross stains in the comforter, and the other bed had an alarming habit of dropping bed frame supports at every move. Almost everyone I encountered in the elevator (which did not have any recent inspections posted-scary) felt we were on a hidden camera show. Choose your own adventure…at your peril I suppose.

Great place to stay for tradeshow at convention center. Apartment was clean and spacious. Only issue - toilet in master suite was broken and kitchen sink had a major plumbing issue

Our group loved the size of our 2 apartments and we loved the building. however, the front door would not lock and that was a huge problem. No extra security with a front lobby door that anyone can enter. Also, the units needs more furniture (dressers in bedrooms, extra chairs in living area), towels, more kitchen utensils, more dishes and glassware. We reported the front door problem several times and it was not fixed. also, a fire started on the night of Jan. 17 on the second floor and we were never notified of the incident. We were there when several fire trucks came to put the fire out. So thankfully the fire did not spread.

Mold infested This hotel is unhealthy. When we first opened the door to our room, we were met with the most overpowering mold smell. My eyes started to water and it became hard to breath. But I wanted to make it work, because most other hotels were all booked up for the cheer competition. We stayed for less than an hour before my daughter said she felt dizzy and it was hard to breath. We left and luckily we're able to book different hotel. I took pictures of the mold growing up and down the walls, not to mention the weird fuzz on everything. I can't get my pictures to load, but the mold on the walls was everywhere.
