이 호텔은 우리가 묵었던 호텔 중 최악입니다. 이곳의 모든 것이 형편없고 전면적인 리노베이션이 필요합니다. Trip.com에서 이 호텔을 목록에서 제외하기를 바랍니다. 담당자(Trip.com)에게 이 호텔의 상태를 알려주세요. 감사합니다.

내 인생에서 창문이 있는 최악의 호텔이었는데 유리가 없었어요... 5성급이라면 완전 엉망진창이에요. 저는 그들에게 별을 준 적이 없어요

즐거운 직원. 좋은 서비스. Shaslik에서 오래된 파니르가 제공되었습니다. 하지만 직원들은 친절하게 대체 요리를 제공했습니다(저는 정중하게 거절했습니다). 호텔에 들어서는 순간 로비 전체에 습기와 곰팡이 냄새가 납니다. 이를 흡입하는 직원과 손님에게는 매우 위험합니다. 다행히 습기나 곰팡이 문제 없이 방을 배정받았습니다. 전면적인 수리를 위해 호텔을 즉시 폐쇄해야 합니다.

방은 깨끗했지만 유지 보수가 필요했습니다. 객실은 조금 낡아 보였습니다. 전화는 절대 통하지 않습니다. 호텔 직원은 무례합니다.

깨끗하고 깔끔하고 넓은 객실. 공항까지 쉽고 빠르게 이동할 수 있습니다. 좋은 음식 제공

좋은 위치, 매우 도움이 되고 세심한 직원. 가격대비 성능이 좋아요

The hotel was old and everything was dilapitated.  One restaurant with bad food, no beer non wine. Location was perfect, close to terminal 3

Firstly when we went to the hotel and showed our booking. The mqnager refused to give us rooms, we already booked 1 month before and he said rooms are not available. Then why the hello took payment. Later alot or arguments they said gp our somewhere about 2 hours we arrange room for you. Its 11:00 pm at night and we were very tired and this incident happnd. Please remove this hotel from your app as it is the worse hotel until npw we stayed. 0 rating for this.

The room was not clean and called the staff but they did not provide a satisfactory response. Disappointing

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. It's a total nightmare. Extremely dirty, moldy and hasn't been maintained in decades. The black mold on the walls and carpets is a health hazard and trip.com should remove this hotel from the platform. I refused the checkin as soon as I saw the room, and 6 days later still waiting for a refund confirmation. See the pictures for reference.

I want to give them the minus star. Bad service and old hotel.

Het is duidelijk meer een gemaks- en prijsoverweging dan iets wat met comfort te maken heeft om hier weer te overnachten. U leest het goed weer te overnachten. Maar verwacht niet te veel dan raak je ook niet te teleurgesteld. De eerste foto die op de site getoond wordt is het uitnodigende zwembad. Wel mijn vrouw stond in badpak aan de rand van het zwembad,... maar nee....duidelijk niet in onderhoud als je naar het water keer. Aan de overkant stond ook een bord dat het zwembad gesloten was. Er staat op de site van Trip.com trouwens dat er een overdekt zwembad zou zijn,... die hebben we nog niet gevonden. Toch in the mood om te genieten en of je te laten vertroetelen,.. .. Massage en hair salon was zo te zien al maanden dicht, the hottub/bubble bath was leeg, De gym was een spelonk waar de mottenballengeur bijna je adem beneemt. Snel maar weer naar boven. Telefoon op de kamer deed het niet , dus die beneden aan de receptie afgegeven. Je raad het al, 2 *** sterk komen ze diezelfde telefoon weer aansluiten. Ze dachten zeker dat we niet helemaal weten hoe een telefoon te gebruiken. Kortom practisch, 5 minuten van het vliegveld en verder niet te veel aan terugdenken.
