Excellent service, staff was very helpful… the wellness procedures were on high level and very professional… we were treated as a family together with two dogs. Nature around is beautiful and unique… you drink the spring water for free 24 hours a day.

I was there for a business trip, so I was busy outside and didn´t have a possibility to test local wellness. But the room, breakfast, reception and enviroment was perfect, so I was very satisfied there.

I spent with my significant other one night in this "medieval themed" hotel. Awful experience that I won't repeat. During the booking, we asked for a gluten free option at the restaurant, and the staff replied saying "yesss no problem we have gluten free food, don't worry". What happens next is awful. The only waiter at the restaurant is an old grumpy folk who DOESN'T SPEAK ANY ENGLISH AND DOESN'T GIVE A F_¢k about anything you might ask or say. So we sit, wait, and then a typical 2 star hotel dinner is served. Remember, the staff emailed that the food would be gluten free. But you know, when you're celiac and there's something that looks like bread/flour in the recipe, you double ask or you might end your holiday in the hospital. So we ask politely, but the old grumpy women doesn't give a f_¢k. So I end up leaving my SO at the table, going to the reception, where there's another boomer-barely-able-to-understand -English who tells me "you know, computers are difficult to use, we may have lost your request". In the end, a plate of chicken, potatoes and salad replaced the allergens and we manage to eat something. If this is a 4 star SPA hotel experience, I'll let you judge by yourselves. IMHO with a different management and stuff it might become a super cool SPA, worth even more than what they're actually charging. Side notes: children's may like the kitsch medieval themed building. Also the pool/jacuzzi area was quite good (if you don't mind the garbage floating right in the morning after the opening and "supposed daily cleaning").

Beautiful location, isolated, in the heart of a forest, great landscapes, very good services. Spa with good facilities. Rich breakfast. The building is very original , like a medieval castle. Large rooms , but they don't all have a balcony

BEWARE OF FRAUD - THOS HOTEL STEALS YOUR MONEY! I stayed at this hotel in early May, and had dinner there, which cost 925 Czech krones (about 38 euros), which I paid by credit card. When I returned home, I realized they in fact took 925 euros (!!) from me! First, I thought it was an honest mistake, so I contacted them asking to return the money (luckily I kept all the receipts). They first said they would return the money - "tomorrow", then "next week", and so on... It's been over 2 months now, and they still didn't return me my money under different pretexts, and now they stopped replying to me altogether! They also asked me to share my credit card number, the expiration date and the CVC code of my credit card - I asked my bank about it and the bank said that I should NEVER share those, due to the danger of fraud. So it's obvious now that they actually STOLE THE MONEY on purpose, almost a thousand of euros gone! I'm now filing a lawsuit against this fraud hotel.

the wait staff at dinner absolutely cannot serve... The service staff at the pub rudely demands tips, when they don't get them they behave with utter disrespect. The quality of the food is comparable to a motor inn. The surroundings are beautiful, the rooms are beautiful, but on the whole I've never experienced anything worse.

Stylish wellness hotel with a wonderful medieval atmosphere, maximum luxury, comfort, great experience. One star from the review deducted for small and insignificant details: only few options to put away a bathrobe and a towel in the wellness (at least more hangers), only a miniature entrance room to put away a swimsuit when entering the sauna and most importantly we had to ask about champagne and a fruit plate, which we had ordered as part of the package - but it happens to us everywhere and the apologies of the nice receptionists sounded real - the plate was then great and rich, mint and oranges were flavored with water in a jug for 4 days. So the overall impression is very positive and I recommend this amazing experience to everyone.

In a forest with fresh air... this was good. Now for the bad...... A clump of hair floated past me in the swimming pool and my son with goggles saw chewing gum on floor of pool. Hotel receptionist and young Czech wellness attendant were friendly however other hotel staff uncommunicative. The whole hotel was fairly clean but some dust and cobwebs were visible. The restaurant Krčma dark and with medieval music....if that's your thing. There's no other choice. Found a bone in my cesar salad. Waitresses nice though. Expensive for what it was.

Every last detail has been thought of in the design of this chateau, making it a really unique experience. We visited during the week when there weren´t so many guests so we could take advantage of the great wellness facilities. It is set in beautiful forests so we also had some great snowy walks before warming up in the sauna and pool again. Highly recommended.
