I had a great time at beaches Negril ! The staff were all so friendly and always went the extra mile especially Tashauna at the food truck and Rojuan at the bar . The entertainment team was absolutely amazing and put on such a good show Delly and Dershea were so interactive with me and my family and all the other guests, they always made sure to thank everyone for coming out and were interactive with everyone in the crowd and having the crowd participate. This was the very best vacation I have taken and will for sure be returning .

Just returned from a wonderful week at Beaches Negril- a fantastic place for family vacation! The weather is perfect and so are the people at the resort. The Dining room staff was excellent .The Mill Staff was good but I Notice Rockiesh one of your best Servers he was messing. Because the last time I was here he was the only staff who was Nice to us hope to see him again the next time we stay at Beaches Negril

A fantastic family resort located on one of the prettiest beaches in the world. The resort offers many activities for family fun, a centralized entertainment venue and a waterpark. Of the 3 Beaches resorts, this waterpark is the smallest. The beach here is absolutely beautiful and very calm. The food offered here is brand specific so if you’re familiar with beaches and sandals dining then you know what to expect. My kids enjoyed their stay and recommend for all ages

Stayed at beaches with my three children, aged, 6, 3, and 7months. Had an excellent stay, the kids really enjoyed their activites,the kids club, the pool and the beach. Me and my husband loved the time we were able to spend together knowing the kids were in great hands. excellent food, water activites, bars, entertainment. Beautiful back drop, stunning beach. Great experience

I am not a person who leaves a review, however, I felt compelled to leave this one. I went with my family including my 3 year old, Jayda, Tasha and Damion went above and beyond to make my family feel like their family. At the white party Jayda danced, held and played with my son. Damion even brought my son fruit snacks from the store. Tasha remembered my son by name, spoke and played with him every time she saw him. Every staff member we came across was friendly and accommodating! We will be returning next year and I hope all these wonderful people are still here!

The staff and workers were some of this kindest people I have ever met. In particular, Lawrenczo from the water/dive shop amenity was stellar. Beaches is lucky to have his employ; knowledgeable, kind and genuine. The amenities were very good, and the beauty of the Negril beaches were gorgeous. The food was a big disappointment, having been to other Sandal resorts. Breakfast was adequate. Fast food, fries, burgers, etc were never served hot. Too much waiting for food was also an issue. American cuisine was lacking. Reaction to room issues, etc were slow to resolve and often mishandled or pushed back on. Our group of 40 people spent a great deal of $$ and sadly we were disappointed as a whole.

We were lucky to have stayed in the Eventide 4 bedroom Butler suite. There were 3 families with 6 children and 5 adults. It was truly amazing and our Butlers Andre and Ana Kay were amazing. An extra special thank you to Ana Kay who went above and beyond what was expected of her. With such a large family and vacation it truly was an experience none of us will forget. Having had a very difficult 18months with the passing of my dear husband this vacation was very memorable and helped our family heal. This was our 2nd time coming back to Beaches Negril and all the staff on property are amazing. The dads and sons did a fishing trip which did not result in any lunch that they caught but they had a great experience. We did a boat cruise that included swimming in a cave and the kids were able to cliff dive in front of Ricks Cafe and the next snorkeling trip was amazing. The final night live cooking on the beach dinner was outstanding. Truly a vacation to remember. Thank you Beaches Negril.

Once you arrive at your destination airport & easily find the Sandals people, you are all taken care of for the rest of your stay. It couldn’t be easier. There is something to eat, drink, & do for everyone all the time, & the staff is extremely welcoming & friendly. We’ve been to both Sandals adults only & Beaches family resorts a total of 4 times, & we all agree we ALWAYS want to go back!

Overall a good experience. Be prepared for a long bus ride from the airport, but the driver was friendly and pointed out things along the way. It was raining whole on the bus and the windows leaked, but thankfully the bus wasn't full and we could move away from getting wet. At Beaches the customer service was excellent from almost everyone we encountered - especially bellman Lindley, Shamar at the main pool, and Chef Justin at Kimonos. There were plenty of watersports available and the watersports employees were friendly and helpful. Our son got his scuba certification - thank you Hakeem! I did a facial at the spa. Excellent service and an amazing experience from Donna! The property is nice but showing some wear. They are working hard to update and maintain it. Pool and beach bathrooms needed more attention throughout the day. Entertainment was fun and kid friendly. Entertainment employees work hard to get everyone involved and enjoying the time.
