Sandals, Negril was a fantastic experience. I have been to Jamaica in the past and was not too happy, but the experience this time changed my mind about Jamaica. Everyone at Sandals was great, and the entertainment team was fabulous, especially Ashliann, Chevy, and the rest of the crew. Kevin from the bar, Rochelle the host, and Justin from the night restaurant made our time special. They were fantastic.

We had a lovely time here at the resort it’s the best paradise best vacation I love it here ashliann is my lil reindeer such energy omg lol we love the sandals and Jamaica show they have a great manager keep up the good work the staff looks happy ….

Sandals Negril was a beautiful wedding venue and weekend! The stunning beach and the staff made it a weekend to remember. Trevelyn at the Perla bar made us smile and laugh immediately after arriving. She truly felt like family to all of us by the end of the trip. The food was very good and exceeded our expectations. Jadine from Brava helped accommodate our group for meals and was constantly helpful. The team works so hard and are amazing women I am very honored to have met. The wedding was spectacular. This was our first destination wedding and it’s made us want to come back and do it ourselves. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

We have been to many Upscale Adult Only resorts I have to say that we were truly disappointed with Sandals. We had to upgrade our room just to get room service. The ride from the airport was great. Our room was dated, the bathroom was small, the AC leaked onto the floor. The fridge was warm and not replenished often. I am no foodie but I know when my Blackened Blue Marlin is overcooked. Waiting at the main bar or any bar took along time. The liquor was short of TOP shelf. The Gourmet food that is advertised I don't think is all what they say. I have to say, the Catamaran to Ricks Cafe was worth every penny. The staff was the best that we have encountered in all of our travel excursions. The shallow surf and the sunsets are what sell Sandals in Negril. The water is amazing and the sunsets are second to none.

This was our first visit to Sandals-Negril and we were quite impressed. The property was not too big and not too small—just right. The beautiful beach and water activities were just what the doctor ordered. You can be doing something at all times or simply relax and do nothing. We love Jamaica and the Jamaican people. The staff at Sandals Negril are clearly the best of the best. We had especially great experiences with Renae at Barefoot by the Sea (made us feel like family) and with Tajay from the Beach Team (went way beyond his normal duties to help us with our beach chairs). Finally, each evening we were treated to really first-class entertainment. Not only were the performers really talented, but also took the time to mingle with the guests. On our first night, we noticed a particularly energetic and friendly staff member named Martel (plays piano for some of the shows and ably staffs the Piano Bar afterwards). He was musically talented, beyond gregarious and helped fill the night air with songs we know by heart and plenty of laughter. Thank You, Sandals Negril! We’ll be back!

This is our second time here at Negril location, and the experience overall was lovely. The room was spacious and clean, food was delicious, and we were able to change reservations for meals a couple of times due to our own preferences without any difficulty at all. Entertainment was good on the evenings, with the absolute best being the Silver Birds Steel Orchestra—their energy and skill are just phenomenal!! How they kept up that energy for the entire show is incredible, and I so hope to see them again any time we stay here. I must take a moment to specifically recognize Trevolynn, who was almost daily our bartender at the smaller bar near the Sundowner Restaurant. Her presence made sure that everyone was served quickly and with a smile, but she was so much more than just a friendly face. She was able to manage large influxes of customers, and keep flow going without forgetting any orders. She specifically remembered my husband and I, greeting us with a smile and kind word, and even remembering what we drink!! Lemonade during the day, and then which wine I prefer in the evenings, as well as my husband’s choice of drink! She was able to calm a couple of rude/unruly guests (as a woman myself, we females always seem to be the hardest to de-escalate). She made sure they didn’t cause trouble & helped them flow along without appearing bothered or rushed at all. These types of people skills are what make me choose to spend my precious vacation dollars at one resort over another, and are what should truly be rewarded. Maintaining calm and professionalism alongside sincere positivity and graciousness is so difficult in today’s world. Training only goes so far-Trevolynn is a gem!!

Continually the staff at Sandals Negril exceeded our expectations, showing us why Sandals is a five star resort. Any shortcoming the resort had, the staff made up for. The entire entertainment staff was fantastic even though their manager had quite the attitude towards us when we complimented them to her. She told us that we were paid to say that to her… That was FAR from the TRUTH. Quan, Chevee, Ashlee 1 and 2, AJ and many more throughout the trip and days made our experience so enjoyable and fun with all of the positive energy they brought day in and day out working tirelessly practicing and performing always with a smile on their faces! The bar staff, JWorth, Miguel, Nickesha, Dashwayne and newly hired Andre, as well as the staff at every bar were always attentive and constantly checking to see if we had any needs. We spent most of our time at the main pool so that’s why these were the most memorable! The concierge staff and butlers were extra attentive as well. Orlando and Silena made sure we well taken care of and there was never a shortage of fun as well as answered all of our questions about Jamaica and the people of the island! The entire water sports staff starting with Moses and Big Pappa ensured we were always safe and enjoying our time utilizing the many opportunities to explore the waters that Sandals has to offer. Moses took the time to show some people in our group how to sail safely and make the best out of the water! Big Pappa provided us with one of the best tubing experiences we’ve ever had, always smiling and making sure to say hi when he passed! Everly at the front desk is second to none. From the moment we arrived she met us with a beautiful smile, inviting demeanor, and positive energy. She saw that all of our questions were answered and our needs at check in were met almost immediately. Deron carried our bags to our room and provided excellent conversation explaining everything about the resort as well all of the features of the room. Sasha with Epix Photos was fantastic! She made the photo shoot an absolute blast and was a pleasure to work with! She also continued to stop and engage with us every time she passed by our area! As a matter of fact, every single aforementioned employee as well as many others I’m forgetting made sure to do that!!!!! The accommodations were excellent, but the staff was bar none some of the best people I’ve ever met in my entire life and throughout the world. The shows and entertainment were fantastic and I wouldn’t change a single thing about them. Thank you to all the staff that took care of my family and friends during our 7night 8day stay at Sandals Negril. It was an experience of a lifetime and unforgettable time that will caused us to be Sandals Negril lifetime vacationers. Can’t wait to see all of next year!!!

We stayed at Sandals Negril for 9 days for our wedding and honeymoon. We had an incredible experience and the staff members really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Tevin Scott was the first bartender we met and he instantly went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted to drink. He had excellent suggestions and even made new drinks for us. He quickly learned our names, and our wedding group of 26 people’s names, and greeted us with a smile and fist bump every time we saw him. Tevin made such a great first impression on all of us that we requested to have him as our bartender at our wedding. He did an incredible job at our wedding. There are not enough words to express our gratitude and admiration for Tevin. He is simply the best and he made the strongest impression on us throughout our whole trip. Sandia Hutchinson was our on-site wedding coordinator and she was amazing. She made sure every detail was taken care of and answered our many questions. Thanks to Sandia I truly wasn’t stressed about the wedding. She also partnered with Renae and Romona to ensure everything went smoothly and they created such a beautiful and flawless day for us. I would highly recommend anyone considering a destination wedding to choose Sandals Negril. The entertainment at this resort is one of a kind. Chevy and his crew put on energizing shows every morning at the main pool and host different parties each night. Chevy also hosted our rum and game night with our wedding party and aside from the wedding that was the best night of our trip. His energy is unmatched and he will remember your name the whole trip. Tommy was another entertainer that we interacted with almost daily. He always greeted us with a hug or fist bump and even found us on the morning he knew we were leaving to hug us goodbye. Jaqueline did my hair and makeup for the wedding and a trial run. She took the time to get to know my style preferences and what would work best for my skin and hair. Both my hair and makeup were flawless and held up in 90-degree heat and humidity, lots of happy tears, and hours of dancing. Vanessa did my Bridesmaid’s hair and my Mom’s hair and makeup and she did wonderful. We all got exactly what we asked for and the styles lasted all night long. Andrew was our wedding photographer alongside Jeffrey, our videographer. The duo worked so well together to capture genuine moments between us and our family and friends. Jeffrey has the funniest personality and kept us laughing all day. Neither my husband or I like getting our pictures taken but the duo made us very comfortable, and it quickly felt like we were just hanging out with friends and they were able to get many incredible shots. Every staff member listed made our entire group feel so special. It takes an incredible group of people to remember all 26 names and preferences. Even those who weren’t specifically listed went above and beyond in their service and we are so thankful for all of them. We

This hotel is the best! Everyone is so nice! The staff is very helpful and make the vacation very relaxing. Jeffrey from the photo shop was very accommodating to take our pictures and James was very nice and outgoing. Would definitely recommend!
