This is the second time we've stayed at the Renaissance and love it due to the close proximity to downtown, shops and restaurants. Customer service is always exceptional. My only complaint is housekeeping. We stayed in room #828 June 7-12. Housekeeper cleaned our room 1 time after we had to walk out to the hall and ask her. Also the amount of dust on lamps, counters, tv, picture frames had my allergies in rare form, I even did the finger swip and was amazed by the amount of dust in places that should be wiped down daily. That make me think if she is not dusting what else is she not cleaning. Def did not vacuum either. We would love to stay again here at our next trip in a few months, I hope the cleaners do a better job than this last visit.
