Need to improve service, I am a regular customer of this Hotel, this was my 4th visit in last 3 month, every time we stay for two to three days. But this time I was completely unsatisfied, let's start with something good, food is good. The variety of the buffet is good but need to serve more items. Now there are some things which we didn't like, front office team demanding more money for the room. I told them that we pay less than usual, so they started arguing with us, after a heated argument, He charged the previous room's rent, AC does not work in the room water pressure in the toilet is very slow, and the hot water does not come properly, cleaning was not upto the mark, stain on the floor, dirty glasses & cups, unhygienic staff, housekeeping, room service, and front office nobody picks up the phone calls when I needed water to have pills at night, it was completely dark in the lobby. When I came down to ask for water, I stood for some time so that I could ask for water if someone came, then I asked a watchman there for water. It took me here, and I didn't find any responsible person to talk I felt like the hotel staff was ignoring me, I had planned to stay for more days but I checked out the very next day,
