Very good stay the buffet breakfast / lunch and dinner was also average , what was shocking was the fine dining Asian restaurant that so over priced and the food was so bad,that I had to call the chef to explain why a 900 IRS Dish was so salty , he explained that they use curry paste in there Chinese and Thai cuisine, mate I honestly suggest to avoid this joint

Ordered a cake from Bonvoy Courtyard.. It was the main highlight of the day absolutely delicious ... the service was excellent with attentive staff...Special Thanks to GAUTAM❤ it was truly amazing to communicate with him , he has put in every bit of effort to make it special. Highly Recommend this place for top-notch service and attention to customer satisfaction.

We went on 26th Jan for Brunch. But this review is not about food but the damage they have done to our Mercedes GLE 300 whlie removing from parking. After lunch when we asked their valet parking guy to get our car that fellow dashed it against the wall while taking it out of parking. He flatly refused at first. The whole security took it lightly as if we had dashed it previously and have blamed them falsly. I went inside and asked for the GM but he was on leave and were told will resume on 29th. His second in charge the Rooms ***ager refused to appear. The Duty ***ager also pointed finger at the Security incharge and shirked off any responsibility. Now the Security ***ager went in checked the CCTV footage and confirmed the damage done by the driver. We went and checked the exit ramp of the basement. There were so ***y dash marks on the wall of not only our car but ***y other cars. Why dont they hire trained drivers who are capable of driving they cars. Now the Security ***ager says to leave the car with them and they will get it done from outside repair shop. Boss this is a Mercedes. It cannot be patched up by any roadside paint guy. This is a Merxedes not any M***ti or Hyundai. A car costing more than a crore can be repaired only at the Mercedes service centre. It is the GM's duty to get it repaired from Mercedes Service centre. The Marriott staff showed lack of respect and lack of response. The most funny part is that i am s Bonvoy Gold Elite member and the staff behave in such an atrocious way. Not only does the hotel have the CCTV footage but our dash csm in the car also has the full footage with audio. Now will Marriott wake up and own their responsibility and pay up? I hope the GM responds at least. As i know all other staff are incompetent and should not be hired in any 5 star hotel.

Room was good Hospitality by floor boy Vinod was excellent FOG, Breakfast is good but very monotonous, Dinner food experience was not that great. At Asian Restaurant, it was amazing. Wifi and few basic facilities were not up to the mark.

Strato a place we're I tried cocktail named Mexican bull dog was very nice as well as a burning burg Tikka was too good in taste , Nagesh served me very well and very he was very attentive ...... I will recommend to my friends and family to visit..
