Giorgio and his team were amazing. The hotel is a great find and in the best location of Naples. Absolutely recommend it, you cannot wrong with this beautiful place. The hotels is really close to all restaurants, coffee shops and the sea. Louis

What a find! Lovely modern room. Comfortable bed and fresh linen/towels. Great location and surprisingly quiet. It was vey convenient having the breakfast room almost next door to my room. The hosts are very polite and friendly.

Recommended be it with some tips for the hotel staff Room 4: +/+ Nice, contemporary but warm, interior design, beautiful room, really super bed with variety of pillows, good breakfast with enough choice, friendly and attentive staff; Perfectly located to Royal Palace, harbour, Gallery, Castel Nuovo. Nice restaurants around. Rooms equipped with water boiler (see remark), nespresso machine and refrigerator (see remark) and Alexa smart speaker (didn't work or at least didn't get it to work) Safe place: entrance after passing a gate and building entrance which both need a pincode to enter. -/- The room was very warm; Waterboiler didn't work; avoid room 4, it is next to the kitchen and the kitchen staff will wake you up at 7 with their (normal) talking. Earplugs help a bit and are provided. Refridgerator set up needs a change: it didn't cool at all, probably due to a silly built-in a closet without any possibility to get fresh air ability to ventilate the engine warmth. These minuses can easily be solved. Therefore: hotel highly recommended.

If you're planning a trip to Naples I would definitely wholeheartedly recommend this family-run (with alot of heart and attention) B&B. Its immaculate, the whole staff are attentive and no request is left unanswered. I was assisted both at my arrival and departure and during my stay anything I asked for (I'm dairy intolerant and had other requests both for breakfast and certain requirements in my room) was seen to with grace and promptness and with a smile to boot. The two young men running the show are awesome in their hospitality and the whole staff follows suit. The room was impeccable both in design and cleanliness. The area is also the best in Naples as its round the corner from the seafront and right round the other corner from the heart of Naples. Its a safe area with lots of amazing coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies and anything you might need. The view from the balcony was pleasing and you can also see the sea from the side. A very pleasant stay all round. If I ever go to Naples again I would definitely stay here again. Well done to the team at Le Mummarelle. You were great. Keep it up!!

We stayed at this accomodation for 5 nights in September and it was a nightmare. We booked it for a family vacation for three people. It wasn't obvious that our two rooms (one double, one studio) were 10 minutes drive apart from each other and the accomodation didn't bother telling us and also that the studio was big enough for 3 people. Instead they only argued that they have a non refundable cancellation fee and that we could see it in our reservation. No understanding or willing to change anything, just pure money focus! Also why would I book a family vacation in two different locations? The accomodation service didn't bother. I also asked for hotel transfer from the airport in three different e-Mails beforehand, no answer! They seem to ignore guest requests. The guy at the reception was cheeky and stubborn and even made us wait for over 15 minutes at check-in. We weren't able to talk to a manager the whole time. They ignored my calls, just answered my mails unsatisfactory and then ignored me. I have never been treated this badly by a so called B&B. It was unprofessionell and frustrating. We stayed in the studio in the end together in the old town, but had to pay for a double room and the studio. The studio apparently fits 5 people, but it's only for three. The sleeping room was too hot, bad air conditioner that didn't work at all. The sleeping couch in the living room had only a thin mattress - no proper bed. We couldn't sleep at all. The room was super noisy. The whole studio was loud inside and outside. The shower was full with lime and didn't stream properly, the handle bar next to the bidet was broken and the shower was dirty. The handle bar at the window in the hallway was broken. The whole studio was hot and no proper way of having some fresh air coming in. The highlight was the blanket full of sweat and feces stains! The lift costs 10 cents per use. They didn't tell us either. It was so disgusting. It was the worst vacation ever in this studio. I can only warn you of this place and their rip-off manager and staff! They will just ignore your requests until you leave. It doesn't look anything like in the pictures. But the bad "service and guest treatment" tops everything!

I stayed here overnight on a last minute booking due to plans having to change as was supposed to be getting to Capri but I missed the last ferry as my flight was delayed so therefore had to stay in Naples for the night. I was expecting a quiet nights sleep but it turned out my room was above a bar and I constantly heard booming music which no one from the hotel warned me about on booking. I sent messages to the staff to inform them but no one replied to me. I then heard the bar clearing up till up to 3am. I tried to put the air conditioning unit on to try to drown the noise from the bar noise but that also was noisy. So all in all I managed to only sleep for 3 hours. Also the lighting flickered and the bathroom smelt of drains. It really wasn’t a pleasant stay at this “hotel” I spoke to the management about my problem but they did nothing, just brushed me off. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL. STAY ELSEWHERE. Sadly I wasn’t lucky enough.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay in this very comfortable hotel, the staff were very polite and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, we would definitely go back if in Naples ! Amazing place !

Ottima localizzazione; appartamento di recente ristrutturato con gusto, ampio e completo per la dotazione abitativa e per l'accessibilità. Insufficiente però la dotazione in cucina che si rivela non adatta per una gestione autonoma dei pasti.

Sono stata a Le Mummarelle su consiglio di un amico e devo dire che sono rimasta a bocca aperta per la bellezza e la cura delle stanze. Esperienza positiva e consiglio questo posto se si vuole soggiornare in un posto tranquillo, pulito, comodo e in una posizione meravigliosa al centro di Napoli.
