나뮈르 4성급 호텔

From the outset I have to say that at the Mercure hotel in Namur the food was fine and the staff wonderful. We arrived in Namur on a Sunday evening and parking was not easy to find. In the end we used the car park next to the hotel / ******, thankfully only half-price for hotel guests. That evening we eat in the hotel. My wife and myself had two courses, she had a starter and main and myself a main course and desert. The house red was very mediocre. Evidently the hotel, like many in the tourism / hospitality business, had a shortage of staff. Evidenced by the awkward silences of the diners as they looked pleadingly towards the serving hatch. We saw the video loop on holiday adverts at least six times. Make the adverts longer and or the service quicker. Just after the two-hour mark a spoon arrived. Some 10 minutes later it was accompanied by a rhubarb tartlet. A word of advice for the staff, please serve a tartlet with a spoon and a knife. The result of cutting the tartlet with a spoon results in two halves flying off in opposite directions. On a more serios note the excellent showers do need a non-slippery base. For all the criticism above we would stay again at the Mercure Namur. Everything else including TV stations was fine.

Petit Hotel sympa, intimiste (plutôt sombre dans l'ensemble) et atypique situé au bord de l'eau et proche du centre ville mais avis mitigé. Accueil souriant. We en amoureux. Nous choisissons le Royal package : Nuit en chambre deluxe, diner 4 plats et espace welness pour 1 heure. Je vais tenter d'être la plus honnête et la plus objective possible, n'aimant pas critiquer sans raison. Chambre deluxe ? absolument pas. Très très petite mais mignonne, peu d'espace de rangement ou pour déposer nos affaires, baignoire, on aurait préféré douche italienne mais ce n'est pas grave. Malgré la clim, nous avons eu très très chaud mais bien dormi tout de même car très calme. Si cette chambre est Deluxe, comment est la standard ? .... Le diner? WAW ! très très bon dans un cadre très cosy et un personnel de salle ultra gentil et souriant. Parfait. Merci au chef. Petit déjeuner ? Pour nous, un moment très important pour débuter la journée. Très déçus. moment complètement râté. On ne s'est pas attardé. Très peu varié. Les plats chauds étaient froids. rien de maison, rien de local, rien du terroir. tout est industriel. La salade de fruits est horrible. Le café insipide, ..Quel dommage. je suis vraiment triste car tout le reste est très chouette. Espace welness privatisé ? sympa. Un bon moment de détente Parking public grauit juste devant l'hôtel : Parfait. 2 verres au choix nous sont offerts en fin de soirée au bar, belle surprise, merci beaucoup. La piscine? Très jolie mais minuscule et bizarrement située. Pour moi, juste décoratif ou pour y tremper les pieds en plein été. Belle découverte mais mon dieu , revoyez le petit déjeuner svp. Vous y gagnerez en clientèle. On ne demande pas milles produits mais quelques bons produits. Merci à tout le personnel qui est ULTRA sympa. Mylène et christophe. Mylène et christophe.

Nous avons passé le réveillon de nouvel an , et c'etait super, Accueil chaleureux avec petit cadeau, chambres luxueuse et très confortable, tables dressées avec soin et personnel à l'écoute des clients , les patrons étaient soucieux du bien être de leurs clients , quant au menus servis, le visuel ainsi que le gustatif était à l'image de cet hôtel super Bref nous reviendrons, merci

멋진 2박 숙박. 많은 긍정적인 점. 좋은 크기의 방, 편안한 침대 및 멋진 조용한 에어컨. 여름에는 오전 10시부터 오후 6시까지 운행하는 충분한 주차 공간과 시내로 내려가는 케이블카가 있습니다. 음식은 큰 장점이었습니다. 저녁 메뉴는 각 코스와 오락 부슈 3 가지 선택이있는 3 코스입니다. 우리는 2 박을 여기서 먹었고 2/3 메뉴를 시도했고 모두 훌륭했습니다. 이것은 지역 호텔 학교이며 젊은 웨이터가 훈련 중입니다. 위의 모든 것 위에 우리는 큰 가치라고 생각했습니다. 추천.

Ibis Styles Namur에서 1 박 후, Ibis Center에서 2 박을 묵었습니다. 편의를 위해 프록시 델 하이즈 맞은 편에 도보로 있다면 위치가 좋습니다. 내 그룹이 11.00에 도착했지만 객실이 준비되지 않았지만 프론트 오피스 매니저는 가능한 한 빨리 우리를 수용하기 위해 최선을 다했으며 이는 완벽한 네덜란드어였습니다. 호텔은 더 오래되고 스타일이 없으며 디자인이 부족하고 객실은 작고 모든 것이 약간 적지 만 평화 롭고 조용하며 풍성한 아침 식사와 진정한 친절한 서비스가 훌륭한 선택입니다.

Brilliant place. Free parking on site. Large, modern, clean room with comfortable bed and large shower. Friendly staff. Bar and restaurant. Outstanding breakfast, with lots of hot and cold options (including freshly squeezed orange juice, a pancake maker, and bakery-quality croissants and pain au chocolat). And just a couple of minutes from the motorway. At only EUR 106 incl. breakfast, this is a gem. Will definitely stay again.

Surprisingly comfortable rooms in this hotel literally across the street from the train station. Air con, mini bar, kettle - a bath! For the price, it was fantastic. Lost 1 star because while the reception staff were great, the cleaners (three of them, clearly without enough work to do) were chatting outside my door for well over one hour at 8am, which woke me up much earlier than I needed and really irritated me.

Très bel établissement d’extérieur, bel établissement d’intérieur, chambre sans extravagance . Nous avons voulu dîner le soir, 4 fois le serveur est passé devant nous sans nous adresser la parole pour nous installer. Nous sommes partis ailleurs. ATTENTION , la taxe de séjour à Namur et de deux euros à peine, 1,25 € d’après Internet, L’Hotel se permet de prendre une taxe sur la taxe de 4 euros par personne au lieu de 1,25€. ILLÉGAL ET ABUSÉ malgré que je leur fasse remarquer. Petit déjeuner correct, mais il ne vaut pas plus de 11 €, donc de 14 € est un peu abusé aussi.
