Good value

We were 5 families booked into this hotel as part of our Kenya tour package. As a family of 4 including children, we needed 2 rooms. We were pleasantly surprised to see the massive size of the hotel apartment - huge 2 bedroom apartment - big living room, 2 huge bedrooms with spacious bathrooms. Very clean and well maintained. We stayed there mainly for the night, so didn't get to explore the facilities. But the dinner was part of the package-this is next surprise we had - it was open al-a-carte where we could order anything on the menu (excluding alcoholic bevereages). The food was just outstanding - nothing to fault in any of the items ordered by our entire group. Breakfast was a buffet which was fine. The staff were also very helpful. There was a mall 2 minutes walk away - Sarit mall - which was convenient as well. One of the families were upgraded to the pent house which has to be seen to believe - such a fine and massive suite.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bidwood. My room was a decent size and had all the amenities. The breakfast was nice but slightly limited. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The downsides would be that the pool was unfortunately closed when I was there, the shower wasn't the best and they would have wanted me to pay 40 USD for a taxi arranged by the hotel to another location whereas Bolt only cost me £3.

We stayed at bidwood suites for friends wedding. Absolutely first class rooms, service, food. Me and my partner were very impressed with our experience. I would happily stay here again and would not hesitate in recommending it to others. Really good!

I particularly enjoyed the wide food selection coupled with warm and attentive service. The room was tidy and sufficiently equipped. The hotel has close access to Carrefour Sarit Center and Westgate mall. Would not advise tourists to walk outside after dark, but that’s more a review for Nairobi than the hotel.

My colleagues and I were at the Bidwood Suites, Ventana restaurant for lunch today. The meals were amazing and mouth-watering. We really enjoyed and had so much fun. The desserts, Avocado ice cream, brownie and fruit salads were the best of the best in this town. Just delicious and very tasty… The services were efficient, efficient and timely. Indeed, Ventana Restaurant is one of the best and highly recommended. Kind regards,

We were there on Saturday for breakfast with my friends. Excellent breakfast menu. The staff were also very hospitable, and efficient. The Ventana restaurant in indeed wonderful, clean, neat and tidy. Special thanks to Tinu, Mr. Raj and all the staff. Keep up the excellent work....

I recently stayed here with a few friends and family and while the rooms are big and spacious, the hotel itself is outdated and needs renovation. The showers are poor, with water sprouting in all directions. The toilets have stains from over usage. The water in the bathroom is slimy meaning you always feel like you’re covered in soap. The rooms aren’t cleaned properly by the staff; extremely dusty and they keep using the same water to mop all the rooms meaning the water used for mopping is dirty. The only positive we can say is that we were a group of people and the manager at the restaurant catered to our dietary plans and service was excellent. In terms of rooms it’s poor. The tv reception has fuzzy and half the channels don’t work.

We were there on Saturday 22nd July: a group of 10 pax for breakfast at the Ventana restaurant. We appreciate the excellent services accorded to us that made us enjoy our time there. The set up, the atmosphere, the breakfast buffet all were marvelous. The main meals were also mouth-watering. The waitresses at our table: Nancy and Caroline did a wonderful job.
