호텔이 조금 낡았고, 새 사장님이 대대적인 수리를 계획하고 있다고 들었습니다. 새로운 모습을 기대하겠습니다. 청소를 도와주시고, 다음 날 체크아웃한 뒤에도 봉제인형을 찾아주신 프런트 데스크 직원분들께 감사드립니다.

주말에 그곳에 머물 것을 누구에게도 추천하지 않습니다. 근처에 나이트클럽이 있고 밤새도록 시끄러운 음악과 비트를 들을 수 있고 도로에서 오는 교통량도 들립니다. 소음 속에서 잠을 잘 수 있는 사람이 아니라면 제대로 잠을 잘 수 없습니다. 그렇긴 하지만 호텔 위치는 BCS 몰에서 그리 멀지 않아서 그랩을 타고 갈 수 있습니다. 객실과 욕실은 깨끗했지만 욕실에는 하수구 냄새가 나서 기분 좋지 않았습니다. 따라서 문을 닫아두는 것이 좋습니다. TV에는 다양한 케이블 채널이 있어서 지루하지 않게 지낼 수 있습니다.

호텔은 두리안 가게와 가깝습니다. 바로 옆에 두리안 가게도 있습니다. 더 올라가면 A2 푸드코트가 있습니다. 옥상에는 바가 있습니다. 24시간 마사지를 제공합니다. 전화를 걸어줄 수 있습니다. 좋은 서비스

호텔 위치는 중국 사원, 습식 시장, 그랜드 바탐 몰 근처에 있어서 매우 좋습니다.

도로 근처에 있는 호텔입니다. 차량이 지나갈 때 객실이 매우 시끄럽습니다. 화장실 문이 완전히 닫히지 않습니다. 쇼핑하기 좋은 위치입니다. 그랜드 몰과 BCS까지 걸어갈 수 있습니다.

호텔 서비스는 마음에 들지만, 위층 DJ가 너무 시끄러워서 잠들기 불편하고 퀸 사이즈 침대도 우리 둘 다 사용하기엔 너무 작습니다. 샤워실 같은 욕실 시설은 전혀 사용할 수 없습니다. 전반적으로는 좋습니다. 감사합니다.

호텔이 큰 길가에 있어서 밤에 시끄럽고 잠을 자기가 어렵습니다. 룸서비스를 주문했고 사테이는 힘들었습니다. 직원들은 다른 세트로 교체할 만큼 친절했지만 고기는 여전히 전자레인지에 구운 고기처럼 질겼습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 사과했습니다. 볶음밥이 거의 오래되어서 아침 식사는 끔찍했습니다. 음식 품질이 매우 좋지 않으며 선택의 여지가 많지 않습니다. 310호실 침대가 축 늘어져 있었습니다. 호텔은 번화한 길 건너편의 음식 노점 근처에 있었고 그랜드 바탐 몰(Grand Batam Mall)에서 도보로 약 7분 거리에 있었습니다.

Dont stay here if you are expecting to have proper sleep and good service. We stayed on Saturday night and the Hotel was having a house party on their rooftop until 4.30 AM in the morning. We couldn’t sleep since the noise and vibration can be heard till the room. Our room is at 5th floor and the rooftop party is at 8th floor. At 4.00 AM, we call the receptionist for complaint and then instead of shutting off the party or give us better solution, they just said the party will be finish in 30 min and offered us any earplugs if we need. Receptionist even told us that the noise can be heard from all the rooms, it’s like they expect us to understand that their party is more important than we as Hotel customer who just want to have a proper sleep. Receptionist also said that their rooftop party finish longer on weekends, so that means they’re doing the noisy party EVERY NIGHT.

Location: It is strategic as it is just located across Grand Batam Mall, 7-minute walking. However, it is a busy road, difficult to crossover. Cleanliness: It is reasonably clean but not up to the expectation. Service: - Polite staffs but was not able to accommodate to customers needs, as I travel with my family members (with 2 elderly). - We were being placed at Level 6, which was one floor below the Club (level 7). The club had been booming since 9:00 p.m. - I managed to call up the concierge at 3:45 a.m. and they reiterated that the club session will ended at approximately 4:00 a.m. but it actually ended at 4:30 a.m. - My parents and I did not sleep the whole night. - The management only come back to us at 4:00 p.m. (which was 12 hours after), only to tell us that there were going to assist us to change to better rooms. - Decided to forfeit the room and change hotel. Facilities: - Other than the club and bar / lounge above, there's no other facility provided for this hotel. - An over-rated 3-star hotel. - Air-conditioner was not cold enough even set to 18 degrees celsius (maximum) and maximum blowing speed. - Leaking toilet basin. - Lights in room were not installed properly (one yellow bed light and another white light on the other side). Recommendation: 1. If you are solo traveller and don't mind with the booming sessions over the night, you may proceed to stay in this unit. 2. Otherwise, this is definitely not a good choice for families. The aim of staying in the hotel is not just merely lying on the bed but to rest. This shows that the hotel has lack on insights for her eligible customers to rest properly during precious short holiday trip. It's too insensitive. 3. Trip.com to give better advice to user before recommending / listing such property online, as this kind of units would definitely jeopardised the reputation of your platform. Kindly do the needful.

Hotel is a bit old but overall is ok

Used to stay at this hotel on my usual trip, but last stay the hotel is diff management, sky bar has no more live music and change to a eatery place , music is load, very loud for a local eateries, room is noisy, motor bite ramming and music from eateries is banging whole night till 3pm couldn't sleep, this will be my last stay at this hotel

Price was absolutely not represent the quality Broken AC, Dirty & Smelly room If you bringing kids just be careful some of their furnish pointed out and so dangerous.. my head almost stab by their sharp metal near pillow

Poor sound proof, too noisy especially from the club till 4 am. Early morning mosque prayer at 4 am can be heard from the room. Toilet poor condition.
