객실은 여행 웹사이트 사진과 같았고, 킹사이즈 침대가 있는 멋진 그랜드 이그제큐티브입니다. 시설은 좋았고, 호텔 주변에 맛있는 음식도 있었습니다. 전반적으로 가성비가 좋았고, 다시 머물 것입니다.

장점: 호텔은 BCS 몰과 가까워서 좋았고 다른 마사지 체인점도 있었습니다. 리본, 투이나 앤 스파 센트럴 단점: 더럽고 역겨운 방. 하루 전에 체크아웃했는데 더 이상 참을 수가 없었거든요. 침대 시트, 담요, 커튼 전체에 큰 얼룩이 있습니다. 벽은 곰팡이가 피어 있었고 먼지 더미가 서로 쌓여 있었습니다. 우리 중 한 명은 심지어 우리가 머물렀던 2박 동안 빈대가 2마리에서 4마리로 늘어났습니다. 샤워하다가 벽 일부가 떨어져 나갔는데… 방에 있는 플러그도 정말 엉망이었습니다. 떨어져….내가 가본 호텔 중 최악의 호텔 중 하나…

The hotel in now under renovation, moving at lobby abit inconvenient but location for food and supermarket is convenient . Room rate is reasonable with buffet breakfast worth the price.

Budget hotel.. check convenient location. A little run down.

The location of the hotel was convenient to places that we wanted to go like massage, shopping etc. We stayed on the 8th level of the newer wing - the room was big and clean. Aircon was cold enough for our liking. Bed was comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good for the price of the room we are paying. Wifi connection was very bad - connection kept dropping off almost immediately after connection or cannot connect at all - we ended up using our own data plan instead. The hotel lift takes time - there were times where we waited for a long time for the lift as it was moving very slowly. Overall, I will book this hotel if I am visiting Batam again.

BCH is old but still well kept. Rain Shower water pressure slightly weak. Could improve overall room standard by ensuring the cups used in the room are well washed and cleaned without stains. Location is great - next to Circle-K minimart and warung kopi. Lots of massage shops nearby. Walking distance to BCS mall and A2 foodcourt.

All is good. Near to A2 food court and mall.

Hotel is right in the city centre with easy access to restaurants and mall nearby. View was very good from my room. Room was big and clean although I would prefer a room without carpets. The. Breakfast was sufficient as there were noodles (bakso) / rice / porridge and bread and salad. Worth the rate paid. Will definitely stay here again.

Book 5 rooms n requested for 5 double bed and was not given and in the end was made to pay extra RP 2,300,000 for the 5 double bed

Second time staying there and overall has been pleasant. Price is not too bad as well.

The hotel room AC wasn't cold. Even though the techican came to service the AC. The problem was persistent.

Hotel lobby is in the midst of renovations, it's hot and stuffy. Booked queen bed, came a double bed instead. Location wise is fantastic. Setback is many tour groups use this hotel as well, making it noisy and lousy. Staff are quite helpful to their best they can do.
