Large suites with the best sheets and most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in in Europe .

Ilion is a great place to stay .the rooms are hand painted with beautiful renaissance depictions and the staff are warm and welcoming. They go the extra mile for you with little touches like free chilled wine in the fridge for you when you arrive, something I have never seen before .The breakfast is laid out beautifully also . I highly recommend this hotel . Thankyou

We got a recommendation from a friend, a fellow sailor who told us that we cab't drive from Athens to Lefkada without making an overnight stop and staying at the Ilion. He was right. We were greeted by our kind host, Nikos. We got a picturesque room overlooking the bay. Our small porch was covered by purple flowers and the atmosphere was magical. With a tasty breakfast, this was no doubt exactly what we needed to energize for are sail. Thanks

Really enjoyed our stay in this quirky hotel! Very central so handy for everything but also very quiet. Massive breakfast served every morning by lovely staff. We were in a suite so had plenty of space. Quiet air con too. A welcome bottle of chilled water was much appreciated. Would certainly go back.

Very pretty hotel in the heart of the old town. Rooms very lovingly furnished. The staff is exceptionally helpful, friendly and attentive! Abundant breakfast with Greek specialties. A very nice place to spend a few days In the region………..

An old museum hotel with special character and atmosphere. A romantic getaway in the center of old Nafplion city. Clean, quiet and good staff. Nothing more to ask while relaxing for a few days. Each room a surprise with full amenities. Breakfast is good too.

Liked the hotel and room decor. Comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. They bring everything to your table rather than buffet style. Courteous staff. Room decor could be of nicer quality. Make sure you can climb steps as the hotel is on a hill and rooms are also upstairs. The staff does offer help with taking luggage up to your room.

A great stay - quirky, cute and clean hotel located at the very heart of Nafplio. Walking distance to everything, old town, waterfront, shopping and restaurants. Staff was lovely and welcoming. We were impressed by the huge and tasty breakfast. Will definitely stay there again when in Nafplio.

Magical old fashioned hotel. Room fitted out with antique furniture decorated in an old style paintings etc see the pictures on the site. Very polite staff, family i guess. Comfirtable, clean, quiet interezting hotel. Great breakfast, golf buggy to carry bags from the quayside parking. Close enough to everything in town. The only potenial is the stairs to the entrance, the staff are so helpful they would almost carry you up! If your close by make the effort to stay here.
