STAY SALTY ⛱ Newly updated two bedroom plus 1 and a half bathroom beach cottage in award winning Ocean Lakes. Short golf cart ride to the beach. The house comes with a golf cart (must be 21 and have a valid drivers license). House comes with 2 queen beds and sofa bed in living room. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are smart TV's in every bedroom and large flat screen in living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cookware and a dishwasher and garbage disposal and large pantry. Bathroom has a jetted walk-in tub . Home has full-size washer and dryer and a large laundry room. We also have a charcoal grill. Ocean Lakes does charge $15 a night, per vehicle for parking pass. We do offer express check-in which provides an incentive of $3 discount which brings parking to $12. All parking fees are paid to Ocean Lakes directly. Express check-in will be handled after final payment. If bringing more than 2 vehicles you will need to utilize overflow parking area. Pets 20 lbs. or less are considered, non refundable fee of $125 added after you book. Please message me prior to booking. The renter is responsible for all linens, towels, and paper products.
