숙박은 예외적이었습니다 호텔은 깨끗하고 도시 중심에 있으며 모든 관광 및 서비스 장소와 가깝습니다. 객실이 깨끗하고 전망이 좋아요 리셉션에서 Hossam Al-Nabhani 형제의 환영과 신속한 절차

주차 있음 : 사람이 거의 없습니다. 누군가 주차하기 전에 문 앞에서 오랫동안 기다렸습니다. 서비스가 좋지 않습니다. 프론트 데스크: 프론트 데스크 서비스는 5성급 호텔에 걸맞는 느낌입니다. 서비스는 매우 좋습니다. 우리가 다른 나라에서 오는 것을 알고 체크아웃을 2시까지 연기하도록 도와주었습니다. 아침 식사: 괜찮습니다. 중동 요리가 몇 개 있고 특별한 것은 없습니다. 아침 식사 서비스가 좋습니다. 가까운 장래에 호텔에 머무르는 것은 권장하지 않습니다. 호텔이 어디에서 개조 될지 모르겠습니다. 9 시부터 전기 드릴이 멈추지 않았습니다. 휴가에 쉬려고 왔는데 소리가납니다. 전기 드릴은 매우 짜증납니다.

Disappointing week in a disappointing hotel. From the moment we landed in Oman, the intercontinental hotel was not helpful. When we asked for a taxi, they wouldn’t help us and we had to arrange ourselves. When we asked if we had a sea view, we were told “we had a partial sea view” which was actually a car park and a loud generator which rattled on all through the night. The generator was so loud we had to keep the balcony doors closed all the time. However, one night, even with the doors closed we were kept awake until 3am with loud bangs and clatters from hotel staff loading up vans with furniture after an event at the hotel. When we asked about booking the onsite restaurants, we were told they were all closed apart from the main one. Multiple times when we went to the main restaurant we were told it was too busy and we had to wait and come back later. When we did get into the restaurant, we often had to wait long times for food to be replaced or we given paper cups because they’d run out of glasses! When we tried to get the WiFi at the pool, there was none. When we tried to use the creams in the room, they’d run out. The staff were lovely and the food was nice but altogether, we didn’t feel looked after and definitely don’t feel this is a 5* hotel.

Good atmosphere, great service, with amazing views. Keep in mind the noise all the time coming from outside.

Good hotel with good location. The staff is terrible. The person who checked us put us on cash only without asking us if we would like to put deposit so we can charge services to the rooms. We found out when we went down to the pool without the wallet and tried paying. Embarrassing. Asked for room service, came after 40 mins. The server forgot to bring lime with order. Reminded him only to never come back. At breakfast the staff openly eats and drinks at this stations. They also give you printouts of QR code to TripAdvisor saying if happy kinky rate me on the site.

Fantastic hotel and real value for money. Very welcoming staff and always ready to assist the guests. Great place to stay no doubt

Из плюсов: Шикарный вестибюль. Номера видимо кончились и им пришлось дать королевский сьют за те же деньги (правда сначала менеджер пытался нам его продать). Вполне неплохая еда в румсервисе. Из минусов: Очень медленные сотрудники на ресепшн, убогий фасад здания, половина лежаков у бассейна на пластиковом газоне и даже при это лежаков иногда не хватает. Цена/качество оставляет желать лучшего. Встреча Нового года была ужасной из-за музыки, такого треш попа давно нигде не слышал.
