"We ended up in Cecil after being turned away from our first booked hotel for being foreign so we came in slightly annoyed! Overall this was a lovely hotel to end up in - great building, friendly staff, glorious views across the Murree hills. There were some downsides with the room prep that delayed us leaving to explore Murree: One of the bathrooms we discovered had a nasty leak - the ceiling was bubbling and water was splashing over the toilet seat and on to the floor. We were reallocated a different room where there was a brown sticky substance onn the toilet seat and floor. The sink in the other bathroom was leaking. The kettle did not work and required a change. The staff were prompt at fixing these problems for us and very friendly and helpful but you expect rooms to be up to the standard of staying in especially at one as prestigious as this. Would recommend staying but make sure to ask your rooms are ready!"

"장소는 좋고 합리적인 가격이었습니다. 우리는 화장실과 분리 된 방을 예약했습니다. 한쪽에는 TV, 전화 등이 있는 킹 사이즈 침대가 있고 다른 한쪽에는 2개의 싱글 침대가 있어 우리와 같은 2명의 자녀가 있는 커플에게 적합합니다. 화장실은 사용하기 불편했고 끊임없이 냄새가 났습니다. (화장실에서 물 자체가 냄새가 났습니다) 이것이 내가 등급에서 별 하나를 공제한 이유입니다. 그네와 멋진 산 전망이 있는 멋진 작은 놀이 공간이 있습니다. 무작위 레인 샤워기로 날씨가 좋았습니다. 실내 놀이 공간도 있었지만 머무는 동안 문을 닫았습니다. 음식은 괜찮았습니다. 화장실 문제가 해결되면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다."
