Another business trip, another hotel in Munich ... indeed I can start like this, however it is more to it than this, much more, so here are my thoughts on this place: location - near the Olympic ”village” in Munich and very close to the BMW museum and factory , not central at all, so is not the best area for those who want to be closer to downtown. For me it was has been no issue, either ways I was having business at the Messe , so 35-55 minutes of taxi ride each day (pending on the traffic). service - the front desk staff was really fast - in spite the crowd - , timing for check in check out was negligible. Very good work ... arranging a cab every morning on time for dozen of guests was also very efficient and nothing to complain about. room - comfortable, excellent bed , had a very good sleep in even with windows facing a very busy street, sound proofing was very good. Cleanliness was also very good - the empty minibar was a bit odd, but understandable. Bathroom had a very good size shower - and all the needed items were available.(the booths door did not close all the way, but if you were careful a bit it was manageable not to flood everything). breakfast - a REAL highlight, to be honest it's been a while since I see this good quality breakfast at a hotel, great variety of cold cuts, smoked fish, greens, eggs done on the spot by a cook the way you've wanted those done ... excellent!! prices - pocket friendly and overall an excellent price to quality ratio. To sum it all up - a very good hotel , some minor things here and there but overall an above expectation stay. I would recommend and defiantly a rebook option for me when I have business in Munich!

좋은 숙박. 자동차로 좋은 접근과 도심과의 좋은 연결. U-bahn은 호텔 옆에 있습니다. 객실은 좋습니다. 이층 침대에는 더 높은 경비대가 있습니다. 아침 식사는 좋으며 선택할 수있는 것이 많이 있습니다. 주스 안경이 더 커질 수 있습니다 (현재 1 dcl). 주차는 약간 비싸다 (18 유로 / 일).

전체적으로 보통입니다. 아침식사는 11유로. 음식은 스크렘블 에그 빵 치즈 햄 우유 요거트 바나나 그리고 음료수는 과일 주스 물 커피가 있습니다. 지하철 입구는 걸어서 5분입니다. 물은 공짜가 아니므로 별도로 사먹어야 합니다. 음식점은 지하철을 타고 kaufen zentrum 역 을 가야 백화점 내 푸드코트 이용 가능합니다.

Good location close to the interstate. Police and fire station nearby. Three underground stations in walking distance. Bus stop over the street. Own parking garage (€15/ngt) which is definitely a pro as free parking around there is kinda non-existent. Rooms are really small, No desk, not even a closet just hangers next to one bedside. Room was very clean, but had damaged light fixture. Breakfast was nice, daily change of ingredients. Love the pancake machine ! Negative was a bad smell in front of the elevators, no bench at the front and they tried to charge me twice for parking.

I booked this hotel in March for a two night stay in May. I received an email from the hotel saying, ”Ihre Zahlung wurde bestätigt. (payment confirmed)” So, all good. When I arrived, I was told that my reservation was ”storniert” (cancelled). I asked why. The receptionist said she didn't know. Another receptionist told me that maybe my credit card was not accepted by Accor because they are in France. Accor is the parent company. I asked why my Deutsche Bank credit card, which I have used all over the world, would be rejected by a company because it was in France. She did not know. I was in town for a class and had to take another room, for which I was charged 71.10€ more than my booking price. I used the same credit card, and...it worked. Ok, this is obviously a scam being run by Accor or by the local hotel. I'm not sure which. I emailed Accor and they tell me that they cancelled it because I did not pay. But I have a confirmation that says I DID pay. So this is obviously a lie. And even if my card was rejected, why didn't the company send me an email informing me so that I could pay a different way? Whether they are incompetent or fraudulent, there is no excuse for their behaviour. I demanded a refund of the 71.10 extra charge and they refused. Well then my answer is that I will never again book a room at an Accor-owned hotel.

호텔은 U2 지하 정류장 바로 옆에 있으므로 도시, 공항 및 메세에 들어가기에 좋습니다. 메시는 약 35 분입니다. 방은 깨끗하고 아침 식사는 좋습니다. 아침 식사 선택은 괜찮고 더 좋을 수 있습니다. 호텔에는 바가 있습니다. 매우 조용하고 선택의 여지가 많지 않습니다. 근처에 슈퍼마켓과 레스토랑이 있습니다. 내 유일한 문제는 큰 문제가 내 방이 거리를 향하고 있다는 것입니다. 밤새도록 매우 시끄 럽습니다. 다시 머물까요? 아니요, 소음이 매우 나빴습니다. 거리에서 떨어진 방을 고집하는 경우.

I really haven't got a bad word to say about this hotel. The rooms are at the top of a block of flats, so the views across the park are fantastic. Being in the Olympic Park, I assumed the hotel would be dated, but it isn't. Very modern and spotlessly clean. It is also very quite here, and there are plenty of shops and small cafes in the complex. Fantastic buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Our trip from the airport on the S1 was a nightmare, as there was a signal failure, so we had to get a taxi to the hotel. (Apparently this isn't uncommon) A taxi from the airport to the hotel is around 90 Euros. The U3 is a three minute walk from the hotel, and the journey into the city centre is only arond 15 minutes. If I was to visit Munich, I would stay here again.

훌륭한 고객 서비스, 매우 편안한 객실 훌륭한 위치. 나는 5 박 동안 거기에 머물렀다. 지하철은 도보로 5 분 거리에 있으며 주요 중앙역 (Hautbanhauf)은 도보로 2 분 거리에 있습니다. 그러나 도심은 도보로 20 분 거리에 있습니다. 문제없이 여기저기 걸을 수 있었습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 옥토버페스트 위치도 걸어서 5분 거리에 있다는 점!!

훌륭한 서비스 최고의 위치 독일과 유럽을 여행하는 경우 바로 길 건너편에 있는 뮌헨 반호프(München Bahnhof) 중심부와 매우 가깝습니다. 근처에 많은 상점과 카페가 있음 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔한 호텔 직원들은 매우 정중하고 친절하며 도움을 줍니다. 미국의 대부분의 대형 체인 호텔과는 달리 무례합니다. NH 호텔과 유럽 대부분의 호텔 직원들은 모두 매우 정중하고 친절합니다.
