"여기는 호텔이 아니라 감옥입니다. 체크인하면 나갈 수가 없어요. 농담이 아니라, 체크아웃 후에도 마음대로 호텔을 나갈 수 없습니다. 약국이나 편의점, 물, 카페에도 갈 수 없어요. 반드시 경호원의 호위를 받아야 합니다. 호텔 측은 이 문제를 제대로 해결할 능력이 없습니다. 경호원들은 관광객을 호위할 시간도 의지도 없어 보입니다. 도시 전체를 둘러볼 수 있는 시간이 40분밖에 주어지지 않았는데, 걸어서 이동하는 것은 금지되어 있었고, 오직 차량과 경호 차량으로만 이동해야 했습니다. 모든 곳이 위험하다는 이유로 아무것도 볼 수 없었습니다(사실이 아닙니다). 이 호텔은 절대 추천하지 않습니다. 서비스는 최악이고, 프런트 직원들은 완전히 무능합니다. 호텔 내에는 할 만한 것이 아무것도 없습니다. 그냥 먼지 쌓인 에어컨 아래 방에 앉아 있어야 할 뿐입니다. 직원들의 태도에 겁이 나서 남은 유급 휴가일이 있었음에도 불구하고 일찍 떠났습니다. 이건 휴가가 아니라 스트레스였어요."

The rooms were similar to upgraded rooms at Avari Towers Karachi, and beyond my expectations. Room service was excellent and the location was great. It is the airport, convenient enough for the PIA airline crew to stay here. HBL ATM and branch building right next door and a few eateries in walking distance. There is a Grab and Go store, it is needs more variety of products but the concept is great. The staff is warm and welcoming from the moment you get of the hotel transfer shuttle to the settlement to the room"

"A complete surprise, a truly four-plus star in Multan. Great rooms with a sense of style, rare for Pakistan. Perhaps the best hotel on a two week trip through Pakistan. The afternoon "tea" was superb and great value for money. The service top notch. The only downside is that although it is in the center, as foreigners we were asked to only leave with a police escort. This did not seem strictly necessary."
