Lovely welcome from an efficient and helpful receptionist. Basic hotel, but spotlessly clean. Decent sized room; bathroom is small, but has everything you need. Secure underground parking opposite hotel. Less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. Very good overnight stop. Only minus was that our 4th floor room window was not on a retainer and could not be closed (didn't matter as we stayed in July and are adults)

Positiv: Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und umfangreich. Dekoration für Weihnachtstage sehr schön und speziell im Empfang und Essbereich. Negativ: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Doppelzimmer viel zu teuer (Wochenende während Weihnachtsmärkte) gegenüber dem üblichen Preis. Vor Hotel ist der Zimmerpreis mit € 89 (last Minute) und ungefähr € 120 Standard angeschrieben. Am zweiten Wochenende Dezember wurde jedoch ein Betrag von € 250 pro Zimmer verlangt. Zimmer waren jedoch Standard ohne spezielle Einrichtung. Ausserdem kein Kühlschrank, kein Flaschenöffner trotz Mineralwasser-Flasche mit Deckelverschluss, keine Duschgel und vor allem keine Infos über das Hotelangebot wie Öffnungszeiten Sauna etc.. Der Slogan vom Hotel über ihre Zimmer ”Bei uns ist jedes Zimmer anders als das andere” kann hier im negativen Sinn gegenüber dem bezahlten Preis angeschaut werden.

We chose this hotel for a three-day stay for a school trip. For starters, the rooms were filthy when we first checked in and we did not have enough towels for three people. As for the breakfast, the serving time was supposed to be at 8:15 am but the dining hall wasn't ready until 8:45 am,we had very few choices, many plates were dirty and we found hair inside the bread basket! At least, the staff was friendly and helped us with a problem we encountered (the key card that the receptionist gave us would not work).

Very pleasant , and very helpful & friendly staff on site. breakfast excellent, price very good. Ideal fir solo traveller and as base for many other areas. Room spacious but modestly furnished, self-catering facilities excellent, Mulhouse itself a very interesting place & easily accessible from airport. Basel a short train trip away.

최근에 나는 잘 알려진 프랑스 호텔 체인의 severarl에 머물렀고 이것이 훨씬 더 좋습니다. 그 경쟁자 장소는 최소한의 것을 제공하는 경향이 있으며 제대로 휴식을 취할 수 없는 매우 작은 방이 있습니다. 우선 위치가 좋습니다. 기차역에서 몇 걸음 떨어져 있으며 좋은 이탈리안 레스토랑과 'Au Bureau' 펍/Brasserie를 포함한 몇 개의 좋은 레스토랑에서 도보로 약 2분 거리에 있습니다. 나머지 레스토랑은 그 너머로 약 5분(도보) 거리에 있습니다. 싱글룸에 있었는데 1인이 사용하기에 적당한 크기인 것 같습니다. 객실과 특히 두 방 모두 최근에 개조되어 감사했습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 그 자체로 '바'는 없지만 프론트 데스크에는 두 개의 맥주가 있습니다! 창밖으로 보이는 테라스가 있습니다. .몇몇 사람들은 호텔에 전용 주차장이 없다고 언급했습니다. 그러나 오후 7시부터 오전 9시까지 호텔 근처의 광장 드 라 보르스 주변 거리에 무료로 주차할 수 있습니다. 하룻밤만 묵는다면 완벽하게 작동할 수 있습니다. 그리고 일찍 도착하거나 늦게 체크아웃하는 경우 몇 시간 동안 비용을 지불할 수 있습니다. 전화 또는 기계로 지불할 수 있습니다. 며칠 머물고 있거나 24대 주차를 원하신다면 500m 떨어진 곳에 프론트 데스크에서 알려주는 전용 주차장도 있습니다.

This hotel is well located, close to the old town in a quiet street. Rooms are equipped with large bathrooms, very clean and well decorated. Breakfast is great with possibility to have a French one for a reduced price(5€.) The staff is competent and friendly.

We arrived in Mulhouse by train very easy walk to the Berti. A very warm welcome and our room was perfect, spotlessly clean, very comfy bed in a beautiful quiet building. Breakfast is very good with great coffee and lots of choices. Only a ten minute walk to the centre of town, we would highly recommend the Berti.
