"The room is not big, it feels good, the small city is very good. Give a good review."

"We have been going to the Homestead for the past 17 years. Our friends said that it exceeded all of their expectation. Karen and Sean really went above and beyond with meals, especially the Saturday night dinner which evolved around a Christmas in July theme."

"What a lovely spot. Gorgeous accommodation. Kangaroos viewed from our bedroom window. Comfortable. Fireplace, beautiful furnishings and a very comfy bed. Ensuite for each of the four bedrooms; a perfect getaway for friends or families. Very generous breakfast provisions. Delightful and friendly host. We would love to return. For longer next time. Well located, close to Mudgee and numerous wineries."

"Lovely place to stay. Our first time in a hot tub! Everything spot on and well thought out. Able to see comet SWAN with a small telescope as the sky was dark and there was a 360 degree view of the sky."

"Very comfortable bed and excellent heating. Shower had great water pressure and bathroom was warm.  Good selection of tea and coffee with a Nespresso machine and pods also provided ."

Olive Tree Cottage in the heart of Mudgee.

Peppertree Hill Farm Mudgee

"Lovely and peaceful despite not being quite as secluded as we imagined… the cottages are VERY close together. In saying that, we were there over a busy weekend and surprisingly didn’t run into many other guests. The Barrenjoey cottage was comfortable with a king bed in one room and a queen in the other (both with warm, comfortable linen) as well as a corner lounge. The outdoor furniture had seen better days though. The kitchen, while very dated, was well stocked with salt, pepper, oils etc as well as tea & coffee facilities. We could have used more bin bags as we ended up having to buy some. The bathroom was very modern & clean. A beautiful property that is very well maintained."
