Just wanna share my experience of staying in this beautiful hotel. 1- The location and the views from the hotel are just amazing! Especially during sunsets! 2- The personal and stuff of the hotel are super super friendly, if I could I would give 10 stars for the hospitality. 3- Onsens and the view are something out from this world 4- What I was really amazed is the kitchen and the chef that is cooking. If you stay in this hotel I highly recommend take the breakfast and dinners. You will have a high class food with a presentation and explanation of each dish by the servant. Best experience 5- Last but not the least I forgot my speaker in the hotel. The stuff brought it back the same day to me to another hotel I moved after NISHIHOPPO. So guys, less words more actions! 10 stars to this amazing hotel and it’s owner. My respect.

지옥계곡(지옥계곡)에 가서 눈원숭이를 구경한 후, 택시를 타면 1,500엔이면 호텔에 도착합니다. 짐이 없다면 걸어서 호텔까지 갈 수도 있습니다. 체크인 시 프런트 데스크에서 저녁과 아침 식사 시간, 그리고 예상 체크아웃 시간을 확인하여 유다나카역까지 편리한 셔틀 서비스를 예약해 드립니다. 그런 다음 직원이 객실까지 안내해 드립니다. 저희가 묵었던 '우키구모(떠다니는 구름)' 스위트룸은 현관 홀이 있었습니다. 현관 홀에는 욕실과 화장실이 있었고, 그 안쪽에는 킹사이즈 침대 두 개가 놓여 있었습니다. 침대 발치에는 바닥에서 천장까지 이어지는 큰 창문이 있었고, 그 창문을 통해 일본식 침대 네 개를 놓을 수 있을 만큼 넓은 거실로 이어졌습니다. 거실에도 여러 개의 창문이 있어 호텔 본관과 멀리 보이는 설산의 경치를 감상할 수 있었습니다. 또한 반쯤 개방된 테라스와 개인 온천탕도 있었습니다. 저희는 시간이 부족해서 호텔의 공용 온천탕은 이용하지 못했습니다. 객실에 있는 온천탕은 온도가 딱 적당해서 좋았습니다. 너무 뜨겁지도 않고 딱 적당히 따뜻해서 발끝으로 서서 온도를 조절할 필요 없이 바로 욕조에 앉을 수 있었어요. 저녁 식사는 아주 넓은 개인실에서 제공되었는데, 음식 양도 푸짐하고 채소도 넉넉하게 나왔습니다. 고기는 좋아하지만 채소는 잘 안 먹는 아이는 아쉬워했지만 저는 아주 맛있게 먹었어요. 배불리 먹고 나서 소화를 위해 객실로 돌아와 커피를 마셨습니다. 객실에 네스프레소 캡슐 커피 머신이 있었는데, 두 종류의 캡슐이 있어서 제 취향에 딱 맞았어요! 이번 여행은 시간이 좀 촉박해서 유바타케노나카역 주변을 둘러보고 온천 마을의 매력을 제대로 느껴보지 못했어요. 다음에 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다.

性價比超好，早晚餐包括，老闆員工都很有善，會跟父母再嚟，可以ski in out ,酒店會有個老司機手車很好幫你泊車，酒店隔離就係講多啦纜車票店，風景很優美，回酒店可以浸溫泉，多比會有嘢飲提供，有少少似日式club med, 而且酒店嘅裝環都是山頂的花拼成的，非常有心思！而且志賀嘅雪真係好厚滑！

훌륭했다! 이 사이트의 사진과 동일합니다. 유카타와 수건을 주고 매일 갈아주셨어요. 차를 마시고 발코니에서 즐겼습니다. 나는 내 인생에서 처음으로 이불을 시도했습니다. 나는 아침 식사를 위해 나 자신의 예약 테이블을 가지고 있었다. ❗❗❗ 호텔에는 운전 기사가있는 자체 버스가있어 Snow Monkey Park와 역에 무료로 데려다주었습니다! 사실 직원들이 너무 예의 바르고 있었어요! 당신이 중요한 사람인 것 같습니다. 사실 시부 온천 9개 온천에 모두 갈 수는 없지만 9번째 온천에만 갈 수 있다는 유일한 마이너스. 그러나 호텔에는 야외에도 자체 욕조가 있습니다. 정말 멋지고 편안한 숙박 시설이었습니다.

Shiga Palace Hotel is a great choice for its location alone—set right in the mountains, it offers easy access to the surrounding area and beautiful scenery that really adds to the experience. One of the highlights was the buffet meals. The food was plentiful, varied, and satisfying, making it easy to refuel after a long day of exploring. The rooms were very traditional Japanese style, which felt authentic and fitting for the setting. While simple, they gave a true sense of staying in a classic Japanese hotel. The communal onsen was also a memorable experience—relaxing, cultural, and something everyone should try at least once while visiting Japan. Overall, the location and meals are major pluses, and the traditional rooms and onsen make this hotel a unique and enjoyable stay.

Mostly good experience. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The French restaurant was delicious. And it was great that there was a ski rental and storage right inside the hotel. Added to that, the convenience of skiing right to the lift is heavenly. The bar/ lounge was chill and cozy. However it either seemed there was a shortage of staff, mostly new staff, or both. The mandatory dinner reservations were very restrictive even though when getting there at the reserved time, the restaurant was half empty. And most frustrating was that there was no options for getting any type of food after 8:30. So if you get hungry after that time or want a snack, you better pre buy one of the 3 options of instant noodles from the lobby store (before it closes also).

We really enjoyed our stay at Shiga Kogen Sunvalley hotel. It's only a 20 mins bus ride from the Snow Monkey Park. The bus stop (S15) is about 100m away but when it's heavily snowing, it could be a little difficult to pull your luggage across the road. During the winter season, there's a free shuttle bus that takes you around the different resorts. The hotel also has ski rentals and the pricing is very reasonable and convenient for hotel guests to pickup and drop-off. The onsite onsen and sauna is clean and well maintained. We had breakfast included - food selection is good with a mix of Western and Japanese cuisine. Dinner required reservation and you have a choice of Japanese set course, or a casual course. Usui and the team really know how to provide great hospitality and we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hotel and experience. We came in offseason (April) but still had a good dusting of snow. So conveniently located next to Ichinose Family Ski Area and have everything you need right on property (rentals, lockers, restaurant, store, onsen). Food in the restaurant was very tasty and high quality and you can eat as much as you want.  Room had a nice view of the slope and was comfortable once dialing in the heater settings.  Undoubtedly best part of the hotel was the staff though. So friendly and accommodating. I sustained an injury early in the trip and they could not be more helpful and accommodating.  Look forward to returning.

Easy to go to Giant Ski Area because there is a slope to ski area directly. But I don't recommend for beginner to go ski area from this slope. And you can't go back to the hotel from this way, you have to go back by gondola to Yamanoeki and walk 300m. Too far if you walk with skies or snowboard. Yukata is not free of charge, you have to pay 300 yens for rent. There is a shower room in your room but you can't use it because there is ONLY cold water(hot water doesn't work). Some breakfast menu is not enough for customers. But dinner is ok.
