Very good hotel with good amenities, lavish, spacious, ventilated rooms but do not have Ac. Good ambience, well equipped, indoor games, cycling, swimming, spacious, Excellent hotel to enjoy but food is compromised.

Kanchenjunga excellent view from room 104 and cafeteria. Close proximity of mall, central markets, railway station, Mahakaal Temple and Nightingale Park.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing and we felt comfortable throughout. We especially enjoyed spending time playing billiards and chess, which made our stay even more fun and memorable. Overall, a pleasant experience that we would happily recommend.

Hotel Istana Spa and Resort in Darjeeling is a luxurious haven, offering spacious rooms with breathtaking balcony views of the valley and mountains that truly captivate. The Sagar restaurant delighted us with its delicious breakfast buffet and exceptional vegetarian options, while the housekeeping staff, especially Anita and Anima, were incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The charming portico was perfect for evening high tea, and the rare convenience of parking space made exploring Darjeeling hassle-free. This hotel exceeded all expectations and is a must-stay for anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and top-notch service!

발코니에서 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있는 넓은 객실.. 매우 도움이 되는 직원.. 전반적으로 매우 훌륭하고 아름다운 리조트.. 적극 권장합니다.

We didn't think finding a stay close to our budget so close to the Mall was even possible. Muscatel Nirvana is an ace of a hotel with truly unobstructed views of the valley and the mountains. The staff is extremely cooperative and facilities speak for its hospitality. The common balcony area is cute. WiFi and geysers work fine. The food, while not being that outstanding, it still manages all the corners. And did I say the Mall is a stone's throw!

My room number is 101 there was a big window from the window we can see that he use conjun jaunga in front of me but the sky was to cloud-but the sky was to cloud when i visited the place so there is no kanchenjunga the room is quite small there was no smart tv. Bed was so comfortable. Bathrooms well maintained but geyser is not working on last day. Hotel manager and staff are good.
