A 5 stars rating and highly recommended homestay choice. River view's room is huge and gives you nostalgic feel. Friendly hotel staffs and management give you a ”back to home” feeling. XanaDeluxe Hotel Foshan Danzao — A Genuinely Great Stay with One Notable Flaw As someone who spent most of their trip based at the hotel, I can give a pretty thorough take on what it’s actually like to live in this place for a few days. First impressions The lobby sets the tone immediately. It’s clean, well-presented and the staff are genuinely professional. As an English speaker with only basic Mandarin, I was a little nervous about communication, but the front desk team went above and beyond with translation and made me feel completely at ease. That kind of hospitality is hard to fake. The Room My room was impressively clean overall. The only thing I’d flag is the carpet, which felt like it could use a deeper steam clean. Nothing alarming, and perfectly fine with slippers, but worth mentioning. The air conditioning though? Absolutely elite. Strong, reliable and a lifesaver. Facilities The fifth floor amenities are a real highlight. The gym has brand new equipment, fresh towels and complimentary water ready to go. I spent some solid time on the cardio machines and had zero complaints. The laundry room is also genuinely impressive — four washers, four dryers, plenty of seating, steamers and a dedicated ironing area. Very thoughtfully set up. Food The hotel has several dining options on-site. I tried the dim sum and it was solid. Good variety, good quality and a nice atmosphere. The One Thing That Needs Work Wi-Fi. For younger travellers especially, reliable internet is non-negotiable. Whether it was for remote work or just streaming, the speeds were consistently disappointing. Upload and download were both underwhelming. My cellular signal wasn’t great either, but I’d expect the hotel Wi-Fi to compensate for that, not add to the frustration. Final Verdict This is a hotel that genuinely nails the hospitality side of things. It’s clean, the staff are warm and professional, and the facilities are well above average. Sort out the Wi-Fi and this is easily a five-star experience across the board. I’d absolutely come back next time I’m in Danzao.

80대 노인 2명인 우리는 12월 2일 호텔에 체크인했다. 호텔에 들어서자 넓은 로비와 긴 복도, 아름다운 천장 그림, 아름다운 레스토랑과 바가 보이고, 거대한 바닥부터 바닥까지 이어지는 넓은 복도를 들여다보았다. 천장에 유리창이 있어 창밖으로 큰 호수와 산이 보이는데 정말 고급스럽고 장엄한 느낌이 듭니다. 체크인 할 때 프론트 직원은 매우 열정적이고 정중했습니다. 당시 손님이 많았습니다. 로비 매니저 Miss Lu Yilin과 프론트 데스크 직원 Zhang Yang은 우리 선배들을 매우 걱정하고 특히 업그레이드를 위해 노력했습니다. 전망 좋은 방으로 주셨어요 루 매니저님도 특별히 체크인하라고 방으로 보내주셨어요. 호텔 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며 고급스럽습니다.호텔 중식당, 양식당, 바가 모두 갖추어져 있습니다.중식, 양식 뷔페식 아침 식사가 매우 풍성합니다.우리는 또한 호화로운 해산물 뷔페를 즐겼습니다.식당 직원의 서비스가 매우 좋습니다. 특히 레스토랑에서는 관리인 공씨(아삼)가 어르신들을 세심하게 배려해 주시고 호텔 근처의 명소도 소개해 주셨네요. 체크인 후 매우 만족했고 가성비도 좋았습니다. 저희를 특별히 배려해주신 샤오린 매니저님, 샤오장님, 샤오린 선생님께 진심으로 감사드리며, 서빙해주신 샘님과 스태프분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다! 이 경험을 친척이나 친구들에게 알리고 기회가 있으면 다시 방문하겠습니다.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ji Hotel Guangzhou. The hotel is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with a minimalist style that feels comfortable after a long day out. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and strong hot shower — perfect for resting after business or travel. The staff were polite and efficient, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Location-wise, it’s convenient with easy access to transport and nearby amenities. I also appreciated the simple but good-quality breakfast and overall calm atmosphere of the hotel. Great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Guangzhou.

비엔나의 방은 작지 않고 사람들은 비좁지 않습니다. TV는 매우 큽니다. 침대에 누워 TV를 보는 것은 매우 즐겁습니다. 전기 제어 커튼은 언제든지 개인 정보를 유지합니다. 호텔은 Xiqiao Mountain과 매우 가깝습니다. 아침 식사 공간에서 멀리 관음상을 볼 수 있습니다.

Location is good, next to a mall. Free laundry service too and use robot to deliver stuff to the room. The only thing dissatisfied is the wifi. It seems China wifi is only used for local ppl and not for foreigners. They told me to switch off the DNS but it doesn't work at all. Even Guangzhou airport wifi also for local ppl only - key in their local number to connect ? Even got airport staff to help me, same cannot connect at all. Why it's that so ? wifi suppose to be the basic facilities that hotel should provide to their guests. I just don't understand why so difficult to connect wifi in China. I finished my 7 days data roaming services with fee. Without wifi, it is really inconvenience for us. My sister & cousin sister said so, wifi is no way to connect in Shunde/China. Staff with 101 code is good & helpful. She helps us check the rate for transportation from hotel to nearby Bus station which direct to Guangzhou Airport. She also offer us to have a green bean pudding :) Overall stay at this modern interior hotel is good. Will come back again if travel to Shunde. Thank you.

It was okay. Price was still cheap, even during the holiday. First thing, if you want to find a reception of the hotel, you go to the given location, then look at the building to your right with the KFC and on the second floor, you can find the office / reception. You can climb up the stairs from behind the building. The stairs from the pedestrian street, not from the road. Then they will give you the location and the code of your room. The apartments are in the nearby buildings, 10 minutes walk from the reception. So the location of the hotel given here on trip.com is just the reception, the apartments are not exactly on the lake. Apartment was really nice, everything was clean. The bathroom is huge, it has a nice big shower. Beds were wide and soft. Balcony is also nice. You will have a problem if you are a light sleeper, since the main door of the apartment is not thick. There is a 1cm gap between the floor and the door, also on the sides. So all the noise in the hall is literally in your room. During this holiday a lot of families with kids were staying in the same building, so noises and cooking smells were all around. But I must say, inside the room everything was tidy and good.

房間在山腳下，生態環境還是很好的 如果是觀鳥愛好者， 預計有上千衹紅耳鵯在後山快樂生活， 運氣爆棚拍到成對的短嘴山椒鳥和一衹膽大的紫嘯鶇。樹上還生活着一衹小松鼠，有人力好好清理下落葉就好了。 出行也方便，西樵山北門 索道 都很方便上山 還有佛山千古情小散步可達 唯一不美妙的是聽音湖的大叔大姨愛唱歌 也還好吧，午休也會停。點外賣很方便。
