Oriental aesthetics in every corner The guesthouse is converted from a century-old traditional Bai courtyard house. With its grey-tiled roofs, white walls, and beautifully carved wooden structures, the space carries a quiet sense of history and elegance. The courtyard features water elements, stone paths, and blue and yellow lanterns that create beautiful layers of light and shadow during the day. At night, the soft lighting outlines the architecture and gives the entire space a warm, cinematic atmosphere. The common areas are equally charming, with a stone-built fireplace, vintage furniture, and art pieces thoughtfully placed throughout. The design blends traditional Eastern aesthetics with modern touches, creating a space that feels both timeless and refined. Comfort with thoughtful details Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. A stone feature wall behind the bed, paired with soft bedding and warm lighting, created a subtle sense of “wild luxury” while still feeling cosy and relaxed. Opening the window reveals the courtyard view — waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the lanterns glow in the evening adds a special charm to the stay. Warm and attentive service From booking to check-out, the hosts were welcoming and attentive. Upon arrival, they introduced the history of the house and highlighted the design features of the property, and were happy to recommend nearby restaurants and local spots to explore. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented, with fresh fruit and delicate snacks — perfect for enjoying a slow afternoon in the courtyard. Breakfast included some local Bai-style flavours, simple yet delicious, and a lovely way to start the day. A peaceful location near the old town The guesthouse is tucked away in Zhongyin Village at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, about a 15-minute drive from Dali Ancient Town. It offers a quiet retreat away from the crowds while still being conveniently close to the main attractions. Surrounded by village life and forested hills, the air feels fresh and full of the scent of nature. More than just a place to stay, Mutian Time feels like a living piece of art. It brought a sense of calm and poetry to our trip to Dali. 숙소가 정말 깨끗하고 시설도 완벽했어요. 주변 환경도 너무 아름다웠고요. 옥상 테라스에서는 창산의 일출과 일몰을 감상할 수 있었고, 고성 전경도 한눈에 보여 정말 멋졌습니다. 방은 햇살이 잘 들어 따뜻했고, 통창 앞에서 차를 마시며 고성 풍경을 바라보는 것만으로도 행복했어요. 사장님 가족분들이 정말 친절하고 정성이 가득하셔서, 필요한 게 있으면 바로 해결해주셨어요. 실용적인 여행 팁과 맛집도 추천해주셔서 실패 없이 즐거운 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 숙소에는 '왕차이'라는 이름의 사람을 잘 따르는 강아지와 귀여운 고양이 두 마리가 있었어요. 떠날 때는 저희 짐을 부쳐주시는 등 손님들에게 진심으로 신경 써주시는 모습에 감동했습니다. 앞으로 친구들에게 꼭 추천할 것이고, 다시 오게 된다면 무조건 여기로 올 거예요. 오늘 리장 숙소에서 밤늦게 잠이 오지 않아 지난 숙소와 비교해보니, 그때의 따뜻한 정이 더욱 그리워집니다.

This stay is the best ever. Not only is the guesthouse clean and beautifully located right across from Erhai Lake. But what impressed me most was the hospitality and service—especially from Joy. From picking us up at the train station, to helping us arrange an EV bike rental (even though we eventually decided not to), to personally taking us to dinner and recommending dishes, trusting us with her dog Hamburg, and specially arranging for us to be dropped off at the station when we left even though she was busy with work. Joy made sure everything was well taken care of. She is a true asset to the guesthouse: friendly, sincere in her kind gestures without expecting anything in return, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. What we admire most is that Joy treats her dog as a family member. She is truly a person filled with loving kindness and will always be blessed for this. The part we appreciated most was getting to spend quality time with her dog, Hamburg, who brought us so much happiness and filled our days with joy. Hamburg is a loving dog with a heart of gold. Anyone especially dog lovers would truly fall in love with him. Together, Joy and Hamburg make the best combination. They brought smiles and joy to us. They are the real assets of the place. We hope they will be greatly rewarded. Thank you, Joy, for giving us the best souvenir in China—Hamburg's most loved toy. This is the best gift ever! And thank you for keeping in touch with us whenever you can, including sharing updates on Hamburg. It means a lot to us.😊 Great hospitality was also shown by others on the team. Miki served us breakfast every morning with a smile and was always at the reception keeping Hamburg company. She not only looks after him but also make sure he is in good hands, safe and happily running about. Miki carried Hamburg to bid us farewell. She also updated us on Hamburg's progress daily, which we greatly appreciated. knowing that he is happy made us happy.👍 Most importantly, the owner, Krystina, made us feel at home and welcomed. She has a warm personality, is friendly, and treats her staff like family. She is also in the midst of learning English for self-improvement. She has the willingness to learn and the kind of down-to-earth attitude that most hotel owners don't. We felt comfortable being with her, and she even hosted a farewell dinner for us. What we love most is that she is an animal lover and even included Hamburg in the dinner. She has a heart full of compassion. We had a great time together, and the night ended with smiles and laughter. We started as strangers but ended as friends.🙂 We were reluctant to leave after three nights, and if given the chance, we would love to extend our stay to a week in the future. This place is truly a gem, thanks to the wonderful management and the people behind it. We will surely recommend friends to your guesthouse—it is a gem hidden in Dali. I love this hotel so much. The hotel view is very great and the staff is very helping and friendly. Definitely will repeat. For the toilet very muslim friendly cause it has a bidet near the watercloset. It also serves free tea and orange. Very recommended.

🏠 숙소 환경이 매우 깨끗했고, 인테리어는 심플하면서도 편안했습니다. 객실에서는 얼하이 호수가 내려다보여 탁 트인 전망을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 공항에서도 불과 몇 킬로미터 떨어져 있어 매우 편리했습니다. 모든 객실에 더블 침대가 있어 커플 여행객에게 특히 좋았습니다. 숙소 주인분도 매우 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셨습니다! 숨겨진 명소와 근처 맛집도 추천해 주셨습니다. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 경험이었습니다!

시설: 모든 시설이 완비되어 있고, 환경도 매우 좋았습니다. 청결도: 객실이 매우 깨끗했고, 구석구석 먼지 하나 없었습니다. 환경: 디자인 호텔입니다. 제가 가장 좋아하는 곳은 창산과 얼하이 호수가 내려다보이는 옥상 테라스입니다. 환상적인 전망을 감상하며 일광욕을 즐기기에 완벽한 곳입니다. 서비스: 도착하자마자 버틀러가 짐을 옮겨주었고, 프런트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절하고 신속하게 체크인을 도와주었습니다. 애프터눈 티(2인용): 애프터눈 티에는 과일과 페이스트리가 포함되어 있었고, 음료 두 잔이 제공되었습니다. 직원에게 리필을 요청할 수 있었습니다. 다리 구시가지(서문) 셔틀 서비스: 셔틀버스가 구시가지까지 왕복 운행합니다. 근처에 레스토랑도 많습니다. 구시가지에 숙박하는 것보다 훨씬 조용하고 공기도 맑습니다. 저는 이곳에 2박을 예약했는데, 결국 2박을 더 연장했습니다. 강력 추천합니다!

다리에서 돌아오는 마지막 날, 시안윈 호텔에 묵었어요. 도착하니 무료로 객실 업그레이드를 해주셨는데, 뷰가 정말 좋았어요. 방 구조도 훌륭했고, 빔 프로젝터와 큰 욕조도 있었어요. 떠날 때는 공항까지 무료로 데려다주셔서 서비스가 정말 좋다고 느꼈습니다.

이번 숙박 경험을 위치, 환경, 서비스, 전망 네 가지 측면에서 자세히 말씀드리겠습니다. 호텔 위치는 매우 편리합니다. 상업 지구 및 대중교통 정류장과 가까워서 맛집을 찾거나 관광 명소를 방문하는 데 시간과 노력을 절약할 수 있습니다. 호텔 내부는 깨끗하고 우아하며, 객실은 공간 분할이 합리적이고 소형 냉장고와 전자레인지가 완비되어 있습니다. 방음도 잘 되고, 공용 휴식 공간도 깔끔하게 관리되어 있습니다. 모든 직원들의 서비스는 세심하고 따뜻하며, 체크인 절차는 신속했고, 주변 관광지에 대한 조언도 적극적으로 제공해주었습니다. 셀프 음료 바는 하루 종일 음료를 제공합니다. 객실의 통창은 탁 트인 시야를 제공하며, 창밖으로는 푸른 식물과 도시 풍경이 어우러져 여유롭게 창밖을 바라보는 것만으로도 힐링이 됩니다. 전반적인 경험은 기대 이상이었고, 여러 번 다시 숙박할 가치가 있습니다.
