'The hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport. To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite. What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was. The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites. In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack. The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices. If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats. I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.'

'우리는 첫 번째 여행 중에 2016년에 이 호텔에 머물렀습니다. 그래서 이번에는 이 호텔을 다시 선택했습니다. 호텔은 편리한 위치에 있습니다. 공항과 많은 명소까지 30분 이내에 갈 수 있습니다. 객실은 넓고 넓은 욕실이 있습니다. 침대는 편안합니다. 충분한 저장 공간이 있습니다. 냉장고와 찻주전자가 있습니다. 그러나 장미꽃이 거의 없었고 일부는 작동하지 않았으며 욕실에 찻주전자가 포함되어 있습니다. 호텔은 좋은 레스토랑입니다. 맛있는 아침 식사. 다양한 음료를 제공하는 바가 있습니다. 호텔에는 개방형 및 폐쇄형 수영장, 체육관, 사우나 및 한증탕이 있습니다. 호텔은 소스로 여행 할 때 가져갈 수있는 스파 시설에 별도의 수건을 제공합니다. 매우 편리합니다. 섬의 높은 습기로 인해 건조할 것이 거의 없기 때문에 수건은 필요에 따라 건조하도록 변경할 수 있습니다. 호텔 직원은 매우 환영하며 항상 레크리에이션 계획을 기꺼이 도와줍니다. 이번에는 우리의 요청에 따라 자연 수영장에서 조수 일정을 찾았습니다. 조수 동안 수영이 가장 좋고 물이 뜨겁기 때문입니다. 다음에 우리는이 호텔에 다시 들를 것입니다.'

'Como todas as vezes que sempre aqui venho, sou muito bem recebida tanto pelos recepcionistas como também pelas senhoras da área da limpeza que sempre estão prontas a ajudar. Todo o apartamento impecável, com cheiro e limpeza muito agradável.'

'像開盲盒一樣，沒有想到這家酒店位置這個麼好，門口1佰多米就是幾公里的海岸線，非常漂亮，有幾個觀景台，看了山看了湖，再看了海，真是完美的旅程！昨天早上十點左右到店，前台接待非常優秀，在看了有房的情況下，提早幫我們辦理入住。還介紹了酒店的設施。酒店的設施很好，有土耳其按摩浴池，乾濕桑拿房。房間也足夠大，開放式廚房的設備齊全，陽台面向大海，說真的，這是我們這一趟旅程最满意的酒店，值得推薦及5星的評價。'
