시티 호텔 모스타르 후기

방이 깨끗하지 않습니다. 이전 거주자의 머리카락과 약 바늘이 방에 남아 있습니다. 방에 알 수 없는 벌레 물림이 있습니다. 프런트에 가서 방을 바꿔달라고 요청하세요. 당신을 위해서만 방을 청소하고 변경할 수 없습니다. 이틀 동안 머무르고 나면 몸에 여분의 가방이 있습니다.

방 2개를 예약했습니다. 집 시설이 많이 낡았습니다. 주전자가 없습니다. 미니바는 제공되지 않습니다. 방은 매우 더러웠습니다. 침대에 작은 벌레가 많았어요. 카펫에도 주사바늘이 있었습니다. 프런트와 협의 후. 그들은 우리가 방 청소만 도와줬어요. 청소 후에도 여전히 매우 열악했습니다. 이틀 밤을 묵었습니다. 이렇게 벌레들에게 몸을 물렸습니다. 밤에는 벌레가 얼굴에 기어다닙니다. 이곳에 머무는 대부분의 사람들은 단체 관광을 하러 옵니다. 투어 그룹을 선택할 때 신중하게 선택하는 것이 좋습니다. 호텔을 리뷰하는 경우는 거의 없습니다. 하지만 이곳의 위생상태는 최악입니다. 프론트 데스크 서비스 태도는 좋습니다.

也就2到3星的水平，不過附近有一個很不錯的餐館，早餐豐富。

房間乾淨衞生，熱水充足，就是房間裏面沒有配備刷牙用的杯子。

房間夠大，大床很舒服，有早餐，前台帥哥服務不錯，房間非常乾淨

有地下車庫，早餐豐富，服務好，總之很滿意。

Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast is standard. Internet connection is good and stable. You get your own log in info on the reception. The only issue is a parking space. There is a bus station there and restaurants where people park, and in the evening it is a bit difficult to find a parking space, but overall very nice hotel.

This hotel does the job for visiting Mostar. It’s got spacious rooms and the bathroom was clean with nice towels to use. The room smelt of smoke. We had a none smoking room which seemed a bit pointless when staff were smoking in the corridors and stood outside our room with the door open when working so it just turned our room into a smoking room. The room was very basic with no tea/coffee and a phone older than my nan. There is good free parking but you lose being close to the old town where you want to visit. It’s a 30/40 minute walk or a 5 euro taxi. The staff are really friendly and very helpful while speaking good English. The stay included breakfast which wasn’t up to much. I could even get a cup of tea the days that I was there as the order of tea hadn’t come in apparently. But the buffet was ok. How you’d expect it to be over here. It’s a nice enough hotel and I’m not sure what others in the region are like as only stayed here. So this could be far better than them. But as a worldwide comparison it’s 2/3 stars for me

No soap to wash your hands, no gel to have a shower, everything is empty . No minibar , no bar on the ground floor to have something either hot or cold, it seems to be the policy of the hotel.Heating is a real disaster with air conditioning devices lets not mention beds ……. Far away from the city centre….. I wonder , how is it possible it is a four star hotel ?

The rooms are renovated in an old outdated building located a long way out of town. Staff are not easily identifiable as they wear just casual jeans and t-shirts. Breakfast is served in a big noisy camp-like dining room. There is no catering for food allergies. This definitely not a 4 star standard and was the most disappointing on our Balkans trip.

It is my 4th. time in this convenient hotel which is well located. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfasts are rich and tasty. Receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. 2 large elevators. I came as a tour guide from Israel with groups and they enjoyed their stay.
