verry nice and clean like it good job trip

Small but well laid out room, nicely decorated, well appointed and very clean. Good heating & AC system. Lots of toiletries and towels provided. Mini - fridge was great to have. Beds _ pillows were very comfortable. Included breakfast was excellent - we were expecting a basic continental breakfast and were pleasantly surprised to find hot sausages, eggs and potatoes too. Breakfast staff were phenomenal - helpful and always on top of keeping everything fresh and well stocked. Front desk staff was also excellent - friendly, efficient and helpful. Free parking was really nice to have, and we walked from hotel to Biodome - an easy 2km walk. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The only thing to improve is the breakfast location. There was not enough place to sit us all and we ended up taking our breakfast in our room.

Check-in back in 1992. Bad smell in the room, old style blankets and no ceiling fan in the bathroom so, smog all over the room at shower time.

The front desk person was busy dealing with a housekeeping issue he did not make eye contact ignoring us while we tried to register. Also being behind a glass partition, he is removed from interacting or Provigo better customer service The room was very clean and offer good amenities and loved the neighborhood

The room was fine. It was clean, which is my main priority. There were no hooks to hang towels anywhere. There was no door to the shower, it is wide open to bedroom and the toilet is in a separate room than the sink and shower, there was no privacy sign for door, Breakfast was good, Beds were cumfy, rainfall shower was nice. We were a 30 min walk from stade Olympic. Location and price were the main reason we booked it. Would I stay here again. No.

Property was well situated to the Metro However it needs a lot of work. Lets start with the bathroom. Modern but no tpilet paper holder. Asked fpra Queen bed got aa Full one instead. Terrible storage for cloths Lastly Google TV withno instructions. No value at $220 per night

Front desk did not have our reservation when we arrived, and when he finally found it (took him like 20- 30 min) he was extremely rude. I was highly disappointed with the check in experience. The rooms are okay (meh). Be careful in the parking lot, on day of check out from this lovely hotel (I’m being sarcastic) someone hit my car damaging one of my tail lights. Did the hotel say anything or try to help, you guessed it! No lol. Stay at your own risk, I never leave reviews, not even bad ones. But I really had to highlight this, as it really affected my trip, and I would hate the same for any of you.

The room itself was fine. However, there was a Neon or Fluorescent light above the curtain rod that I couldn't figure how to turn off, so the room stayed partially lit all night. Also, the TV was so quiet, I couldn't even hear it. I guess, if you are renting it by the hour, it doesn't matter, LOL. But for a business trip, it was less than ideal.
