At 3:19pm 3/25/23, I checked into this hotel with my young son. A young male was the hotel employee on duty. He did my check-in & took my ID & debit card for the room. A few mins later, my son wanted snacks, so he allowed to still 'be in line ahead of others' so I could make my purchases. He took my debit card but didn't give me my receipt but just told me the price $8. He gave me the impression that the $8 was charged to my room. My son & I went upstairs to put our things away & left shortly after for errands & dinner. We came back later to our room for a bit & then I decided to go downstairs to use hotel computers to catch up on the news. To my complete & utter DISGUST & HORROR, the ‘Executive Room’ was filled with boxes & junk, piled high! I went to the desk to speak with same young man on duty who mumbled an apology of the hotel not having any computers. ICYMI: YOU DIDN'T PUT A WARNING ON YOUR HOTEL WEBSITE THAT YOUR COMPUTER ROOM IS ‘UNAVAILABLE.’ Well, I decided to leave because this hotel wasn’t up to my standards. Your site says you have working computers in your Executive room but NOPE. My son & I checked out about 7pm with same young man. I asked him for receipt for my hotel stay & my snack purchases earlier. He did give me a receipt for my stay but said that he couldn’t give me a receipt for my purchase as he’d have to look through ALL of his transactions since then in order to find the $8 charge to my card. I’m not happy. I’m a Hilton honors member & I’m not happy.
