Beautiful fully modern twin home completed in February 2021. Spacious living/dining area with large outdoor patio. Beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains. Ample parking for trucks towing ATV/SCS trailers. All of our promoted sleeping details are in actual bedrooms. No hide-a-beds or fold out sofas in the main living area. We want to provide a very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. The main floor has 10 foot ceilings which provide a very open feel, and accentuate the phenomenal views.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:NO PETS. There will be an extra cleaning fee of $300 if there is evidence that any pets were part of the stay..10 guests maximum. Great week in Moab! Moab is a spectacular place to visit, and we chose the perfect VRBO as our home base. This spot had everything we needed, and offered us a great view of the mountains. When we weren't cooking in, Shawn, our host recommended some yummy carryout options. We ended each day in the hot tub under the myriad of stars in the Moab sky. And beyond the spotless VRBO, Shawn was the most responsive host I've ever had the pleasure of working with! I highly recommend a stay at this property.

Amazing property! My family and I were in Moab for a wedding. There were 8 of us total and this property was absolutely perfect! Everything was new, clean and super easy. Location was great, spectacular views and a short drive to downtown! I did need to contact the owner for something and he was quick to respond. I would highly recommend!!

Moab Wedding We had a wonderful time at Shawn’s place! The views, outdoor seating, hot tub, beds, kitchens were all perfect for our party coming in from all over the US for my daughter’s wedding. We only had to contact the owner once to assist with a wifi outage and he got us information right away! Highly recommend this home!
