Beautiful fully modern twin home completed in February 2021. Spacious living/dining area with large outdoor patio. Beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains. Ample parking for truck towing UTV trailer. Unlike many listings our home does not require guests to fold our beds in a living area. All beds and sleeping quarters are in actual bedrooms.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:NO PETS. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $300 should there be evidence that any pets were allowed into the property during the stay..9-person maximum.
