Great stay. Good service.the place was clean. People were polite and courteous.definitely recommend the stay. This is a good choice for the area hotels.still have to write some more but really have no more to stay. It’s convenient located hotel

I had an incredible experience at Extended Stay! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their exceptional service and genuine friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere. From check-in to check-out, every team member was eager to assist, making my visit truly enjoyable. I'm grateful for their outstanding hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and accommodating stay.

To be honest there really chill, no attitude or bad vides and also just seemed alot more professional on the job, the employees there deserve a damn raise in pay, making every other affordable hotel look like crap well done

It was a bit of a rough start because when we booked the website said it was a furnished kitchen but when we arrived that was no longer the practice. Regardless, the stay was everything else as advertised. It is a great location. Wendy and Vincent were more than helpful and very good to work with. Kudos to them both.

Both locations have kind, helpful and friendly staff. The biggest difference between the two is the south location is much cleaner. The other big difference is they are strict about smoking inside the building. The other location smells like cigarettes and ****.

The staff is welcoming and Wendy is very helpful and understanding, the rooms are always clean. The staff is always there when there’s an issue. I would differently recommend this place to others. 10/10

The general manager, WENDY MYERS, and two of her employees who live there have no customer service skills. They are rude, disrespectful to residents and other employees. WENDY took $250.00 out of my account TWICE without my authorization. When confronted, WENDY had an attitude and couldn't explain why. She blamed it on one of her employees. She also has her employees go through residents' rooms while they are away. During my month and a half of staying there, my room was never cleaned. I had to borrow the vacuum and broom from the girl at the front desk. Towards the end of my first month, I needed to stay longer. I went to front desk and was told to call reservation, which I did. I reserved the exact same room for another month and received a confirmation number. Two days before my first reservation ended, I walked in from work, was stopped by Wendy, and told that I couldn't stay in that room. She suggested trying to get a room at another hotel. I told her I made reservations 2 weeks ago. She told me she didn't see the reservation on the computer (this was a lie) and I didn't book it through her.That was the first time my credit card was charged for $250 without my permission. She blamed it on her employee. She claimed she did not know why that was done. I called reservation and they confirmed the booking was in the system. I also had my sister call reservation and was told the same thing. I explained what had just transpired. I was told that the manager from Guest Service would call me back. I have yet to receive that phone call. Guest Service also stated unauthorized charges are not allowed to be made to your credit card. Wendy told me if I wanted to stay, I needed to call reservations and book a different room. I suspected Wendy wanted to make more money on the room from people coming for the Notre Dame game. The next morning, I called her personally and asked to be moved to a different room. She gave me a room that was disgusting, and nothing was upgraded. Two weeks in, Wendy called me at work, yelling, making accusations and told me I "needed to get out of her hotel" because I was caught smoking in the room by two of her employees. She never allowed me to respond to her accusations. I wasn't given a chance to defend myself. Without my authorization, she charged my credit card $267. She also charged $22 for leaving early! As I was asking her to explain the charges, she walked away from me. I have two witnesses to her unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude behavior. She kicked me out and charged me $22 for leaving early! She falsely accused me of smoking in the room so did she can charge me $267.00. Ironically, Wendy should be more focused on the employees that live on the premises, smoking **** in their rooms and harassing the residents. For all the money I spent there ($$$), I should have never been treated rudely. WENDY is difficult to deal with. Her behavior is inconsistent. One day she is nice to you, another day

This hotel is one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at. The manager Wendy is very helpful and friendly. The staff is very helpful and nice.i would highly recommend this hotel. I can't say anything bad

The location was excellent. We could walk to Meijer for our groceries and it was a very convenient location. We were there visiting family and friends in the area and we both work remotely so it accommodated our work. The kitchen was nicely equipped. And I can not begin to express how wonderful the staff is! Vincent in particular always greeted us with a smile and asked us how our day was.

READ BEFORE STAYING Planned to stay 6 months, checked out after one night. Made my reservation over the phone where I let the agent know I would have a service animal with me. When I checked in, I also made that known. Well come back to this. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice BUT he told me that people smoke **** and cigarettes, and that they pretend not to smell it. I'm generally pretty easy going so I thought that was weird but didn't think it would be a huge deal. My girlfriend and I woke up after one night, extremely ill. Sore throat, nauseous, etc. The air quality in this room... Was something I've never experienced before. It was absolutely disgusting. I tried cleaning the place myself, lighting candles, spraying Febreeze, nothing worked. The refrigerator did not work, the TV didn't work, and the TV was way smaller than the pictures online. After one night I knew we could not stay here. Above all else because of the air. I spent $400 for a week. Checked out the next day and they said they would refund the remainder of my stay. I got a refund for $98. Turns out they charged me a pet fee! Mind you I have a service animal Worse yet... Corporate told me that "they caught me sneaking my dog in and told me I'd be charged a pet fee" This LITERALLY never happened. Blatant lies. And they also claimed I refused to provide documentation for my service animal. Guess what? 1) they never asked and 2) it's illegal to ask. You do not need to provide documentation for a service animal. Corporate was supposed to call me back 48 hours after my complaint, never did. I'm escalating this further and this won't go away. Your staff are lying, and you are illegally charging pet fees. Your staff should know you are only allowed to ask A) is this service dog trained to assist you with a disability and B) what are they trained to do. Stay ANYWHERE else. Trust me.

My husband and I have been staying here since August. We love the staff and love our room. Our room gets cleaned once a week by the amazing house cleaning staff. Front desk girls are always so friendly and sweet. When the job is over. I would definitely come back and stay here if we visit again 🙂

I have been with extended stay now for a little over a year and a half and it has been a great experience. The staff has always been extremely friendly and caring kind and I seriously look at them as family. They've always been extremely caring and kind and respectful to my family when they come by and also to my daughter which is greatly greatly appreciated. They are always willing to help and hard-working and they keep the place clean free of Riff Raff and the goal is always striving for excellence. I appreciate the staff here so very much and all that they do for myself and my daughter and I honestly couldn't ask for a better staff. Definitely five stars, 10 Stars if I could!! :-) :-) Keep up the great work gals and gentleman. I would especially definitely like to give a shout out to the general manager Melinda, team leader Jocelyn, and front desk staff Serena, Tawana, Molly, and LV. I apologize if I forgot anyone. And housekeepers Melissa and Jen and also the best maintenance man ever richard!! :-) he keeps this property in tip top shape always cleaning always busy always willing to help and he is definitely a kind soul. You seriously could not ask for a better or hardworking maintenance man. So if you do come to this location please treat them with the utmost respect because you will definitely get that up front and in return!! :-) :-) thank you guys for everything you do!! :-) :-)

Stayed here 2 nights while my wife was having surgery at a nearby hospital.I stayed in room #301 and the room was very clean and spacious for one person. Having a kitchenette was very helpful, even though there are several good restaurants close by. The location was perfect for anyone who needs to access St. Joseph Medical Center. About a 5 minute drive from here. The people here are very friendly and want to help in any way they can. Where they fall short is that's about all they offer. The "breakfast" is coffee, mini muffins and cookies. Admit tingly there isn't much room for a regular breakfast here. While I would stay here again, I don't recommend this hotel if you are looking for many amenities. I feel that the people realize that there limitations her and do their best to make your stay as pleasant as they can.
